Excel Recruitment recrute un *Psychologue Clinique Niveau Personnel* pour rejoindre une équipe de soins primaires à l’échelle de la vie. Le poste est basé à **Blessington** ou **Kildare Town** et vise à offrir des services psychologiques de haute qualité à des patients de tous âges, confrontés à des difficultés émotionnelles, comportementales et de santé mentale complexes.

Responsabilités Clés

Les principales tâches incluent :

  • Réaliser des évaluations psychologiques et fournir des interventions thérapeutiques
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de traitement adaptés aux besoins des patients
  • Collaborer avec d’autres professionnels de la santé lors de réunions d’équipe multidisciplinaires
  • Offrir des consultations et des conseils aux patients, à leurs familles et aux autres professionnels de santé
  • Participer à la formulation de cas, à la planification thérapeutique et à l’établissement d’objectifs
  • Maintenir des normes éthiques et professionnelles conformes aux recommandations de la Psychological Society of Ireland

Critères d’Éligibilité

Les candidats doivent remplir les conditions suivantes :

  • Doctorat en Psychologie Clinique, Conseil ou Éducative ; validation pour les qualifications étrangères
  • Admission à l’inscription auprès de la Psychological Society of Ireland
  • Expérience significative en évaluation clinique et en intervention auprès d’enfants, d’adolescents et d’adultes
  • Compétences en communication et interpersonnelles excellentes

📝 Description du poste : Excel Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated, motivated and compassionate Staff Grade Clinical Psychologist on behalf of a Life Span Primary Care Team. You could work in Blessington or Kildare town.The successful candidate: will provide high quality psychological services to individuals across the lifespan, from children, young people to adults, experiencing a range of complex emotional, behavioral, and mental health difficulties.You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, young people and adults.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing a range of complex emotional, behavioral, and mental health difficulties.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on the patient needs and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team, including social workers, Occupational therapists and other Healthcare professionals.
  • Offer consultation, advice, and guidance to the patient, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Engage in case formulation, therapeutic planning, and goal setting.
  • Participate in MDT team meetings, clinical supervision, and continuous professional development activities.
  • Adhere to the ethical and professional standards set out by the Psychological Society of Ireland and other relevant professional bodies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Doctorate or equivalent in Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychology and/or Chartered Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychologist through PSI.
  • Candidates qualified overseas must provide evidence of validation by the Department of Health at the time of application.
  • Eligibility for registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of a range of Psychological assessment and therapeutic models
  • Clinical assessment skills working with children, adolescents, and adults in primary care or other related clinical setting.
  • Experience working with Children, and adults with developmental and Psychological issues (eg autism, ADHD, Anxiety, depression).
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload.
  • Full driver’s license and access to a car.
