Dans le cadre du développement de leur nouveau Centre Technologique IT de Prague, MSD recherche un Spécialiste des Opérations IT. Ce poste offre une occasion unique d’intégrer une équipe dynamique qui œuvre à la convergence entre santé, information et technologie.
Description du poste
Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) sera chargé(e) de fournir des services qui ajoutent de la valeur, principalement à l’équipe des Opérations Commerciales EMEA et à ses parties prenantes. Les responsabilités clés incluent la gestion des opérations IT, ainsi que le suivi et la gestion financière en conformité avec les politiques internes et les normes d’entreprise.
Responsabilités Principales
- Gestion des Ordres d’Achat : Planification, création, suivi et clôture des ordres d’achat.
- Suivi Financier : Gestion des accruals, dépréciations, amortissements et intercompany chargeback.
- Préparation de Données Financières : Collecte et analyse de données pour la planification de prévisions.
- Conformité : Surveillance continue des politiques financières.
- Support Financier : Collaboration avec les équipes d’achat pour le renouvellement matériel et logiciel.
- Amélioration Continue : Identification des processus pouvant être optimisés pour réduire les coûts.
- Reporting : Fourniture régulière de rapports pour la gestion financière.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal doit posséder un diplôme en finance, comptabilité, mathématiques ou en informatique ainsi qu’au moins 5 ans d’expérience pertinente. Il/elle doit faire preuve d’initiatives, de polyvalence et de capacités de communication. Une connaissance approfondie des systèmes financiers SAP et une expérience en amélioration continue sont fortement souhaitées.
