The Role
- Handle basic-to-intermediate IT inquiries through various communication channels
- Resolve hardware and software issues for diverse computing environments
- Configure and maintain workplace technology and network access
- Support cloud applications, Office 365, and company-wide systems
- Facilitate smooth technical operations between users and IT infrastructure
- Document solutions and manage equipment resources
- Coordinate with regional IT leadership on ongoing projects
- Enhance user experience through proactive technical guidance
- Adapt to evolving business requirements in a multinational setting
- Contribute to IT initiatives that support sustainable business practices
Your Skills
- Fluent Japanese and English (Nice to have, but not needed)
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT support experience with Office apps, VPN, and SharePoint
- Windows/iOS device troubleshooting capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities
- Collaborative mindset for working within an international team environment
