Salary Range: $800 – $1000 (Negotiable for highly experienced candidates)Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead our IT team, manage systems administration, and oversee the seamless integration of marketing and automation infrastructure across multiple companies. This role requires both technical expertise and strong leadership to support business operations and digital performance across departments.Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize and manage incoming IT and development requests across business units
Oversee core infrastructure, including servers, DNS configurations, cloud storage, and backup systems
Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between company websites, CRMs, and marketing platforms
Implement and manage QA protocols to ensure clean, stable deployments and system updates
Administer user access, permissions, and IT policies in compliance with security standards
Coordinate and lead cross-functional IT planning and status meetings
Provide technical documentation, team guidance, and training as neededQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership or senior systems administration roles
Proven ability to manage distributed teams and cloud-based environments
Strong technical knowledge of DNS, HTML, APIs, and marketing automation tools
Experience with CRMs, campaign integrations, and QA testing methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to document processes effectively
Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and technical levelsSystem Requirements:
