Description du poste : Our client is an international tech consulting company with +25 years of experience offering solutions to support companies’ businesses and digital transformation.(This position is hybrid in Lisbon, Coimbra or Castelo Branco)As a Technical Consultant in IT/OT Security, you will play a key role in supporting, guiding, and coordinating the deployment of the company’s cybersecurity strategy across both IT and OT environments. You will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).Key Missions:
- Provide expert advice and support to IT and OT teams on the secure design and implementation of network, system, and application architectures.
Recommend and evaluate new security technologies and countermeasures. * Audit and review existing IT/OT security implementations across our operational sites and offices.Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure secure architecture and solution design.
- Conduct technical risk analyses for both existing systems and upcoming infrastructure or applications.
Identify and suggest technical enhancements to improve security posture.Evaluate and recommend new cybersecurity tools and technologies.Lead and oversee IT/OT security initiatives and day-to-day operations.Monitor, manage, and respond to security incidents. * Review compliance with internal policies, procedures, and recognized security standards.
- Assist the CISO in defining and rolling out standardized processes for network and system security.
- Participate actively in strategic decisions concerning information security matters.
- Willingness to travel internationally 1020% of the time to support global terminal sites.
Minimum Requirements:Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification. * At least two years experience in cybersecurity consulting or a role focused on IT and/or OT security.Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):
- Hands-on experience with OT/ICS environments (e.g., DCS, SCADA, HMI, OPC, Modbus).
- Familiarity with IT security tools such as Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR platforms, and SIEM systems.
Understanding of IT Service Management practices (e.g., ITIL). * Knowledge of standards and frameworks including COBIT, NIST, ISO/IEC 27001/27002, ISA/IEC-62443.Certifications Preferred or Willingness to Obtain:CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional)GRID (GIAC Response and Industrial Defense)GCIP (GIAC Critical Infrastructure Protection)
