Descriptif des Responsabilités

Le *IT Project Officer II* sera chargé de l’**implémentation et de la gestion** de divers projets IT. Les tâches incluent :

• Assister à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux systèmes ainsi qu’à leur mise à jour.
• Coordonner avec les équipes internes et les fournisseurs externes pour respecter les délais de livraison des projets.
• Surveiller les progrès des projets et rédiger des rapports d’état pour les parties prenantes.
• Documenter les configurations des systèmes et les procédures.
• Organiser des sessions de formation pour les utilisateurs.
• Fournir un support technique aux utilisateurs finaux.
• Assister le Responsable IT dans l’évaluation de nouvelles technologies.
• Veiller à la conformité avec les politiques IT.
• Participer au soutien lors d’événements et réaliser d’autres tâches IT au besoin.

Critères de Sélection

Les candidats doivent répondre aux exigences suivantes :

• Titre universitaire en Technologie de l’Information, Informatique ou domaine connexe.
• Expérience professionnelle d’au moins 3 ans en administration IT ou en coordination de projets.
• Compétences en résolution de problèmes et en dépannage.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
• Capacité à travailler sous pression et sens aigu des responsabilités.
• Connaissance des technologies cloud comme AWS ou Azure, un atout.
• Identification avec la mission et la vision d’Oxfam est indispensable.

• Assist in the implementation and management of IT projects, including new system deployment, system revamps / upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
• Arrange user training sessions and develop instructional materials to promote effective use of IT systems.
• Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting system issues.
• Support IT Manager in evaluating new technologies and recommending improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection standards, and security protocols.
• Provide support during events and perform any other IT duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / professional training in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Preferably with 3 years’ work experience and proven experience in IT administration and support or project coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and user support practices.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, Cantonese.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. Strong sense of responsibility. Attention to details and accuracy in work.
• Strong willingness to keep up with the latest technology trends and continuously learn new skills.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Experience with CRM, data analysis system and tools or funding / payment system is an advantage.
• Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must.
