Description du poste : Are you passionate about IT, Cloud Computing, and empowering the next generation of tech talent?We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Facilitator to join our dynamic team. If you’re a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IT Support with expertise in Cloud Computing, Google Workspace, and Moodle, and possess knowledge of QCTO standards, assessment, and moderation, we want to hear from you!About the RoleAs an IT Technical Support Facilitator, you will:● Deliver engaging, interactive training on IT support fundamentals and advanced topics,including Cloud Computing, both in-person and online.● Guide learners in meeting QCTO qualification requirements through competency-based assessments.● Mentor learners to develop practical, job-ready skills and prepare them for industrycertifications.● Integrate both theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills into the curriculum.● Stay updated on the latest IT trends and incorporate them into training materials.● Ensure compliance with SAQA and QCTO regulations and maintain quality assurancestandards.● Assist in managing training resources and aligning materials with QCTO compliancestandards.What You’ll Do● Facilitate dynamic training sessions focused on troubleshooting hardware, software,networking, and cloud services.● Develop and update curriculum materials aligned with national occupational standards.● Conduct and moderate assessments per QCTO guidelines.● Support learners with actionable feedback and hands-on projects to reinforce learning.What We’re Looking ForQualifications:● Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.● Certifications in Cloud Computing (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), GoogleWorkspace, or Moodle (preferred).● Certified Assessor and Moderator (MICT SETA or equivalent).Experience:● 2–3 years of IT Technical Support experience.● Proven expertise in Google Workspace (Admin Console, Drive, etc.) and Moodle LMS.● Strong understanding of QCTO qualifications and compliance standards.● Experience facilitating training in both classroom and online environments.The post appeared first on .
