Mission
Le candidat choisi rejoindra une équipe dédiée pendant toute la phase d’appel d’offres, axée sur les aspects techniques et économiques. À ce titre, il devra garantir que l’offre de produits et de systèmes est élaborée en temps voulu, en respectant les exigences du client ainsi que celles de l’entreprise, tout en veillant à l’intégrité technique de l’offre.
Les principales responsabilités incluront :
- *Créer des conceptions de projet et développer la meilleure configuration en fonction des exigences du client.*
- *Gérer la totalité des phases d’appel d’offres de manière autonome tout en respectant les critères de qualité définis.*
- *Standardiser des concepts et solutions éprouvés pour les reproduire comme *packages fonctionnels.*
- *Développer une connaissance des clients et établir des relations, en soutenant les clusters de vente dédiés.*
- *Coordonner tous les acteurs concernés pour assurer une offre cohérente sur les problèmes techniques, contractuels, tarifaires, ainsi que sur les risques et la sécurité.*
- *Collaborer avec le siège, les usines, les pays régionaux et les responsables produits.*
Profil Recherché
Les candidats idéaux devront posséder les qualifications suivantes :
- *Expérience dans l’offre de MV Switchgears, ainsi que dans le marketing ou la gestion de produit.*
- *Connaissance du marché de la distribution MV et des énergies renouvelables, compréhension des schémas électriques et des spécifications des appels d’offres.*
- *Diplôme de Bachelor ou Master en Génie Électrique / Énergie, ou diplôme de Technicien supérieur.*
- *Passion pour le développement personnel continu et respect de la diversité.*
- *Maîtrise de l’anglais et de l’italien.*
- *Éligibilité au travail en Italie.*

From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity.Your ChallengeAs Proposal Manager for Secondary MV Switchgears your will be part of the proposal Team for the whole bid phase, focusing on technical and economical stage, ensuring that products and systems offer is prepared on time and according to the Customer and Company’s requirements, ensuring also the technical integrity of the offer including the compliance with the technical scope and project specifications.Moreover, You will work closely with the Sales Department and the Management to ensure the order awarding and with project execution team to ensure a proper handover.Some of the main activities will be:
- Create project designs and develop the best configuration (technical and economical) according to customer requirement based on the available portfolio.
- Handle the whole bid phases in autonomy, according to the Customer and Company’s requirements, ensuring high quality of the offers for Secondary Medium Voltage Switchgears and reporting periodically the status and strategy to Management.
- Standardization of proven concept and solutions to replicate them as function packages.
- Develop customers knowledge and relationships, supporting the dedicated Sales Cluster(s) and with specific meetings at customer’s premises when required.
- Coordinate all concerned Stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, Third Parties) to ensure a consistent offer regarding: Technical, Contractual, Pricing, Risks and Safety issues.
- Collaborate with Head-Quarter, Factories, Regional Countries and with the Products Managers.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:
- Experience in offering of MV Switchgears and/or product marketing and/or product management
- Knowledge of MV distribution and renewables market, electrical systems, in particular on MV distribution network, and understanding of electrical schemes and tender specifications.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Electrical / Energy Engineering, or Technical High School Diploma
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Eligibility to work in Italy
