Description du Poste
En tant que Senior Import/Export Specialist, vous serez responsable de la gestion des processus d’importation et d’exportation, de la conformité commerciale et des opérations logistiques. Votre rôle consistera principalement à collaborer avec les leaders de la région et à améliorer l’efficacité du service et la création de valeur au sein de l’Asie-Pacifique.
Tâches et Responsabilités
Les principales responsabilités incluent, sans s’y limiter :
- Agir en tant que point focal régional pour l’implémentation de nouvelles initiatives mondiales, telles que les contrôles de conformité commerciale.
- Aligner les stratégies fonctionnelles globales avec les exigences commerciales, tout en apportant des innovations logistiques.
- Évaluer et mettre en œuvre des indicateurs de performance pour identifier des opportunités d’amélioration.
- Gérer des programmes de formation et faciliter des sessions de sensibilisation pour le personnel.
- Collaborer avec différentes parties prenantes au sein et à l’extérieur de l’entreprise pour assurer une transparence et une efficacité continue.
Compétences Requises
Pour être considéré pour ce rôle, vous devez posséder :
- Un minimum de 7 ans d’expérience dans la chaîne d’approvisionnement ou la logistique, avec une expertise approfondie dans les processus de logistique.
- Une forte capacité d’organisation, ainsi que des compétences interpersonnelles et de leadership.
- Une aptitude à travailler avec des équipes multiculturelles et résoudre des problèmes complexes en toute autonomie.
