Description du Poste

En tant que Senior Import/Export Specialist, vous serez responsable de la gestion des processus d’importation et d’exportation, de la conformité commerciale et des opérations logistiques. Votre rôle consistera principalement à collaborer avec les leaders de la région et à améliorer l’efficacité du service et la création de valeur au sein de l’Asie-Pacifique.

Tâches et Responsabilités

Les principales responsabilités incluent, sans s’y limiter :

Agir en tant que point focal régional pour l’implémentation de nouvelles initiatives mondiales, telles que les contrôles de conformité commerciale.
Aligner les stratégies fonctionnelles globales avec les exigences commerciales, tout en apportant des innovations logistiques.
Évaluer et mettre en œuvre des indicateurs de performance pour identifier des opportunités d’amélioration.
Gérer des programmes de formation et faciliter des sessions de sensibilisation pour le personnel.
Collaborer avec différentes parties prenantes au sein et à l’extérieur de l’entreprise pour assurer une transparence et une efficacité continue.

Compétences Requises

Pour être considéré pour ce rôle, vous devez posséder :

Un minimum de 7 ans d’expérience dans la chaîne d’approvisionnement ou la logistique, avec une expertise approfondie dans les processus de logistique.
Une forte capacité d’organisation, ainsi que des compétences interpersonnelles et de leadership.
Une aptitude à travailler avec des équipes multiculturelles et résoudre des problèmes complexes en toute autonomie.
