Le rôle de Cybersecurity Advisor chez Rapid7 se concentre sur l’accompagnement des clients dans la gestion de leur sécurité informatique. Au-delà des aspects tactiques liés à la gestion des vulnérabilités et la détection des menaces, les conseillers en cybersécurité de Rapid7 travaillent directement avec leurs clients pour renforcer leur résilience face aux menaces croissantes.
Dans ce cadre, le collaborateur développera des recommandations de mitigation sur mesure, fournira des rapports de sensibilisation proactive aux menaces, et maintiendra un contact régulier pour discuter des initiatives en matière de sécurité informatique et des meilleures pratiques associées.

Responsabilités Clés
En tant que Cybersecurity Advisor, vos responsabilités incluront :
- Assurer la fonction de la technologie de la plateforme Rapid7, en coordonnant avec les équipes des services gérés et du support lorsque nécessaires.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les analystes SOC et les opérationnels de scans pour transmettre des recommandations pertinentes aux clients.
- Élaborer des livrables de haute qualité pour des comptes techniques complexes.
- Fournir une expertise sur les tendances et les défenses des attaques du secteur.
- Développer et maintenir des relations de conseil solides avec des parties prenantes clés, notamment des équipes techniques et des cadres supérieurs.
Compétences Requises
Les compétences nécessaires pour ce rôle comprennent :
- Diplôme en technologies de l’information ou expérience équivalente (2 ans minimum).
- Maîtrise du japonais à un niveau natif et bonne maîtrise de l’anglais.
- 3 à 4 ans d’expérience dans la sécurité de l’information ou un domaine connexe.
- Certifications professionnelles, telles que A+, Network+, Sec+, Cloud+, CCSP, etc.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale ainsi qu’en résolution de problèmes.

As a member of Rapid7’s Cybersecurity Advisor team, you are on the front-lines helping clients defend against and respond to today’s biggest threats. Our analysts and scanning operation teams keep a constant watch on our customers and provide guidance and strategies to help identify and remediate significant risks. Rapid7 Cybersecurity Advisors are fanatical about security and customer satisfaction, and are just as comfortable working in the weeds with engineers as we are briefing a CISO on a recent breach and security strategy.About the RoleAs a Cybersecurity Advisor, you will be the key trusted advocate to our customers. Your valuable experience and in-depth understanding of the security landscape will be pivotal in shaping the customer perception of Managed Services and its exceptional service. Our Cybersecurity Advisors are responsible for leveraging their technical knowledge to guide customers in the successful usage of security product features and enhancements, and for positively impacting the overall success and maturity of customers’ security programs.In this role, you will:Ensure that Rapid7 Platform technology is functional, and coordinate with Rapid7’s Managed Services and Rapid7’s Support team when neededWork closely with SOC Analysts and Scan Operators to convey recommendations to Rapid7 customersReview and generate high-quality accurate and contextual customer deliverables for complex technical accountsProvide subject matter expertise and advisement to clients for industry attack trends and defensesDemonstrates an expert understanding of the value-drivers of our products and the ability to help customers navigate and optimize their usageDevelop and maintain strong, long-lasting advisory relationships with key stakeholders, including technical teams, project managers, and C-level executives on complex accountsGuide clients through findings and providing subject matter expertise for response activitiesProvide expertise in technology deployment and client onboarding processesGather client input and requirements across the Managed Services client base to influence Managed Services service roadmapAssist Managed Services Leadership with effective scaling strategies to face the challenge of an ever-expanding customer baseIndependently identify potential risks and challenges in customer relationships and work proactively to address them before they escalateThe skills you’ll bring include:Associates Degree in information Technology, or two or more years of related experienceApplicants must have native-level proficiency in Japanese and profiency in English3-4 years of experience in Information Security or related disciplineIndustry-related certifications i.e. A+, Network+, Sec+, Cloud+, CCSP, etc.Excellent written and verbal skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsInformation Security consulting experiencePrior technology deployment and configuration experienceExperience with security frameworks and conceptsStrong project management and prioritization abilitiesPrior experience in managed or enterprise information security services, vulnerability management, incident response, forensics, malware analysis, penetration testing, or network defenseStrong understanding of technical concepts and experience advising customers on how to best use and adopt the platform for faster Return on Investment (ROI)Problem-solving mentality with the ability to navigate complex situationsWe know that the best ideas and solutions come from multi-dimensional teams.
