Description du poste
Le rôle de Private Wealth – Investor Services, Associate / Vice President implique une participation active en tant que chef de projet au sein d’un groupe de travail dédié à l’intégration des fonds au sein de Blackstone. Les missions principales incluent :
- Gestion de projets : Conduire le travail d’intégration des fonds tant pour les fonds ouverts que les fonds fermés, en s’assurant de la création et de la mise à jour de tableaux de suivi des tâches.
- Services opérationnels : Veiller à ce que les services opérationnels soient efficacement livrés aux clients ainsi qu’aux partenaires commerciaux internes et externes.
- Assistance quotidienne aux clients : Fournir un soutien principalement dans les fonctions de supervision opérationnelle et de produit pour des partenaires distributeurs et des administrateurs de fonds.
Profil recherché
Pour réussir dans ce poste, Blackstone recherche un candidat répondant aux critères suivants :
- Éducation : Diplôme de niveau bachelor.
- Expérience : Environ 5 à 10 ans dans le secteur financier, idéalement dans l’intégration de fonds, la gestion de projets ou les services clients.
- Compétences nécessaires :
- Excellentes compétences communicationnelles, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, en japonais et anglais.
- Compréhension du modèle opérationnel des fonds et connaissance des documents de fonds.
- Solides compétences analytiques et techniques avec une attention particulière aux détails.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans un environnement axé sur les délais.
