Description du Poste
Le rôle de Supply Chain Manager consiste à gérer des programmes de services payants tels que le Enhanced Instock Service (EIS) et le Strategic Vendor Service (SVS). Le candidat sera responsable de :
- Gestion et amélioration du programme EIS, en s’assurant de son efficacité et de sa pertinence.
- Développement de mécanismes d’expansion du programme EIS pour répondre aux besoins croissants des vendeurs.
- Opérationnalisation du processus de gestion des stocks pour les éditeurs participant au programme EIS, avec une attention particulière portée à l’évaluation de la performance.
En fin de compte, l’objectif est d’optimiser le rendement de la chaîne d’approvisionnement des vendeurs tout en maintenant un approvisionnement suffisant de produits pour répondre aux exigences des clients, et ce, avec un impact minimal sur le capital de travail.

- Participation à des réunions régulières avec les équipes concernées.
- Communication écrite et verbale avec des parties prenantes clés.
- Élaboration et documentation de plans d’amélioration.

Qualifications et Compétences Requises
Qualifications de Base :
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie, commerce ou domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle.
- 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de programmes ou projets, avec des initiatives d’amélioration de processus.
- Capacité à analyser les données pour en déduire des améliorations.
- Maîtrise du japonais (niveau natif ou JLPT N1) et anglais de niveau quotidien.
Qualifications Préférées :
- Solides compétences en communication et jugement commercial.
- Capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec une expérience de travail sur des ensembles de données complexes.
- Expérience en techniques d’amélioration telles que le Kaizen ou Six Sigma.

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing paid service programs operated within the supply chain team, such as Enhanced Instock Service (EIS) and Strategic Vendor Service (SVS). This role will primarily focus on EIS, a vendor supply chain consulting service, contributing to Amazon’s inventory and logistics strategy through: 1) EIS program management and improvement, 2) development and implementation of EIS program expansion mechanisms, and 3) operation of instock management processes and performance management for publishers participating in the EIS program. This role may also contribute to other paid service programs such as SVS as needed.
The ultimate goal of this position is to maintain, improve, and modify solutions that enhance vendor supply chain performance, while creating exemplary scalable processes to ensure Amazon has sufficient inventory to meet customer needs with minimal working capital impact.A day in the life
