The successful candidate will have a strong understanding on Java, Microservices, Cloud/DevOps and SAP Commerce Cloud experience (as a plus!).Client DetailsThis company is leading industry, internationally based. • Direct and oversee the development and implementation of Java applications
• Lead a team of developers, encouraging collaboration and innovation
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish technology strategies
• Ensure the constant technology enhancements
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of technology resources
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting professional growth

ProfileA successful Tech Lead should have:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Expert knowledge of Java and other object oriented programming languages
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
