Titre du poste : Recrutement pour Instructeur SATS
Description : SATS propose une large gamme de formations de groupe dans les pays nordiques et est en quête d’instructeurs inspirants. En tant qu’instructeur, vous contribuerez à créer un mode de vie plus sain et heureux pour les membres, en travaillant dans une équipe dynamique, dédiée à offrir des expériences d’entraînement motivantes.
Profil Recherché
Pour rejoindre l’équipe de SATS, plusieurs qualités et compétences sont requises :
- Passion pour le fitness : Vous adoptez un mode de vie sain et êtes motivé(e) par l’entraînement.
- Compétences relationnelles : Vous savez établir des liens et motiver les autres.
- Communication : De solides capacités en communication et un sens du service sont essentiels.
- Âge minimum : Vous devez avoir plus de 18 ans.
- Formation requise : Un diplôme en théorie de l’exercice, anatomie et physiologie est nécessaire, ou la possibilité de suivre un cours en ligne avec un partenaire.

Événement de Recrutement
Les candidats intéressés doivent soumettre leur candidature pour participer à l’événement de recrutement. Lors de cet événement, les candidats auront la possibilité de présenter une partie de leur classe et recevront un retour immédiat sur leur recrutement ou la possibilité de devenir stagiaire SATS, avec des parcours éducatifs détaillés.
Parcours Éducatifs SATS
SATS offre plusieurs parcours de formation gratuits, d’une valeur allant de 500 à 5000 €, pouvant être suivis en fonction de la catégorie choisie. Voici un aperçu des formations proposées :
- GXI Introduction : Acquérir les bases pour devenir instructeur.
- GXI Foundation : Formation adaptée à votre spécialité choisie (Cardio, Yoga, Pilates, etc.)
- Cours Produits : Apprentissage des compétences nécessaires pour enseigner des types de cours spécifiques.
Veuillez noter que la formation de base est facturée à 250 €, et une présence de 100 % est exigée pour les cours gratuits.

A basic education in exercise theory, anatomy and physiology is a must for all SATS Trainees. If you can’t verify that you have this, you can join an online course with our partner Improve Education. When and if chosen to become a Trainee, you will receive a link where you register, pay and get started with the education.SATS Educations – Free
Yes, you read it right, all SATS eduations are free of charge (value of 500-5000€ depending on path). We require 100% attendance and that you are approved after each course.1.
