Description du Poste
En tant que Journeyman Information Assurance Specialist, vous intégrerez la Division de soutien aux missions du Chef d’État-major pour le renseignement. Votre mission principale sera de garantir la continuité des opérations au sein de la Direction de la gestion de l’information et des données, en soutenant les besoins des commandants militaires et autres utilisateurs.
Responsabilités Principales
Les missions spécifiques incluent, mais ne se limitent pas à :
- Assurer l’Information Assurance des systèmes au sein de la Direction de la gestion de l’information pour l’armée américaine à Fort Eustis, VA.
- Répondre aux demandes d’assistance technique dans des environnements de stockage sécurisé et SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility).
- Effectuer l’imagerie de base de tous les systèmes sur trois plates-formes de sécurité.
- Contribuer à la conception, au développement et à la pérennisation du portail OEE (Operational Evaluation Environment).
- Soutenir le responsable de la sécurité de l’information JWICS (Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System).
Compétences et Qualifications Requises
Pour postuler, il est impératif de posséder :
- Un Top Secret/SCI en cours de validité.
- Un diplôme de niveau Bachelor ou supérieur, accompagné d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans.
- Les certifications MCSA et CompTIA Security+.
Les compétences en communication, tant écrites qu’orales, sont également cruciales pour ce rôle.
Compétences Souhaitées
Parmi les compétences additionnelles appréciées, on peut noter :
- Certifications *MCSE* et *CISSP*.
- Expérience en gestion de réseau informatique ou en support technique.
- Connaissances en administration et configuration des systèmes informatiques.
- Compétences en gestion des connaissances et efforts d’intégration OEE.
- Expérience en conception web et support en gestion de contenu.
Un esprit collégial et la capacité à travailler en équipe sont aussi fortement valorisés.

- Provide System Information Assurance in the Information and Data Management Directorate for the U.S. military at Fort Eustis, VA.
- Respond to NEC help-desk request tickets in secure open storage and SCIF environments
- Baseline imaging of all systems within 3 security platforms in secure open storage and SCIF environments
- Support OEE and Admin Portal design, development and sustainment
- Support the JWICS Information Assurance Manager
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:Active Top Secret/SCI security clearanceBachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years’ experienceMCSA & CompTIA Security+ certificationsExcellent written and oral communications skillsWhat Desired Skills You’ll Bring:
- MCSE & CISSP certifications preferred
- Understand and previous experience with IT Network Management/Engineer Support
- Understand and previous experience with IT System Administration and Configuration Support
- Support Knowledge Management/ OEE Integration efforts
- Understand and previous experience with Web Design/Content Management Support
- Ability to work in a team
