Description du poste
Responsabilités principales :
- Gestion de la comptabilité, incluant les factures fournisseurs et clients, les relevés bancaires, la caisse, les frais de voyage, et les opérations liées à la clôture mensuelle pour l’entreprise turque ainsi que ses deux filiales.
- Préparation des clôtures mensuelles et annuelles.
- Émission des factures clients et interentreprises.
- Gestion des transactions bancaires et de trésorerie.
- Rapprochement de tous les comptes (fournisseurs, clients, salaires, etc.).
- Communication avec les auditeurs externes et les conseillers fiscaux.
- Collaboration étroite avec la comptabilité de la paie et le contrôle de groupe.
- Tâches administratives diverses (gestion du courrier, caisse).
Critères de candidature
Profil recherché :
- Résidence à Istanbul.
- Diplôme de premier cycle dans un domaine connexe.
- Minimum d’un an d’expérience dans un service comptable.
- Bonne connaissance de la législation fiscale turque.
- Niveau avancé en Excel.
- Compétences linguistiques en anglais à un niveau satisfaisant.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en reporting.
- Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à gérer des situations complexes et changeantes.
- Esprit d’équipe.

- Responsible for the accounting (supplier and client invoices, bank statements, petty cash, travel expenses, bookings related to month end closing) for our Turkish company including 2 branches
- Preparation of monthly and yearly closings
- Issuing of client and intercompany invoices
- Bank and Cash Transactions
- Reconciliation of all accounts (supplier, client, salary etc.)
- Communication with external auditors, tax consultants, tax office, other institutions
- Close collaboration with Payroll Accounting and Group Controlling
- General administrative tasks (mail handling, petty cash)
Requirements
- Residency in Istanbul
- Have a bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting department
- Good knowledge in Turkish fiscal law
- Advanced level knowledge in Excel
- Good level language proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguity
