Dans le cadre de ses opérations, IBM recherche un Spécialiste Jr. en Gestion des Identités et des Accès (IAM) pour intégrer l’un de ses Centres d’Innovation Client. Ce poste constitue une occasion unique de contribuer à la transformation numérique dans des environnements variés, tant publics que privés. Les équipes des centres de livraison d’IBM fournissent des compétences techniques approfondies, ce qui est essentiel pour l’adoption et l’innovation technologique.

Rôles et Responsabilités

Le candidat sélectionné sera chargé de la gestion manuelle du cycle de vie des utilisateurs sur des systèmes désignés, en s’appuyant sur un modèle de traitement et de réalisation des demandes en plusieurs niveaux. Les responsabilités clés incluent :

Administration des rôles et politiques d’accès.
Gestion des plateformes de gestion des accès telles que OKTA, Microsoft Entra ID et Ping.
Collaboration avec les équipes pour garantir l’exactitude des informations.
Dépannage en cas de défaillance des composants ou de problèmes rapportés par les utilisateurs.

Qualifications Requises

Éducation : Diplôme de niveau secondaire/GED

Compétences techniques et professionnelles requises :

Connaissance des technologies : Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, MFA.
Une expérience sur les services d’authentification et la gestion des politiques.
Compréhension des protocoles d’authentification tels que OAuth, SAML, LDAP.
Capacité à effectuer des activités de dépannage dans des environnements informatiques.
Aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
Connaissances en sécurité informatique.
Compétences en anglais requises.

Expérience technique et professionnelle préférée :

Plus d’un an d’expérience sur Active Directory, Windows Server, Azure AD.
Plus de deux années d’expérience avec des technologies IAM comme CyberArk, Saviynt, Sailpoint ou OKTA.
Certification IAM auprès d’un fournisseur, par exemple CyberArk Defender, OKTA Certified Professional.

📝 Description du poste : In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.Your role and responsibilitiesThe Jr. Identity & Access Management Specialist (IAM) will be responsible for assisting in manual user lifecycle management for in-scope systems using a multi-tier request processing and fulfillment model. This role will involve managing in-scope RACF profiles and policies, administering and enhancing authentication services, including technologies such as CyberArk, Saviynt, OKTA, or others.Key responsibilities include: * Assisting in the administration of access roles and policies.

Managing Access Management Platforms such as OKTA, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping, etc.
Collaborating with the team to ensure accurate information is provided by all channels, such as Architect, Deployment, PMO, etc.
Performing troubleshooting when components fail, or users report troubles using the AM solution.

Required educationHigh School Diploma/GEDRequired technical and professional expertise

Knowledge of relevant technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, MFA.
Experience working with authentication services, user lifecycle, and policy management.
Understanding of Authentication Protocols such as OAuth, SAML, LDAP.
Experience performing troubleshooting activities on IT environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in IT Security.
Fluent in English.

Preferred technical and professional experience

More than 1 year of experience working with Active Directory, Windows Server, Azure AD.
More than 2 years of experience working with IAM technologies such as CyberArk, Savyint, Sailpoint, or OKTA.
IAM vendor certification, i.e., CyberArk Defender, OKTA Certified Professional, SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate, or any other IAM vendor certification.
