By providing high-quality services that help our users and partners grow, we aim to advance and enrich society.Job Description:Campaign ManagementPrepare and implement CTV campaign creatives, ensure proper targeting, ad placements, and adherence to specifications.Oversee the execution of CTV campaigns to ensure they run smoothly from start to finish across direct and programmatic platforms.Regularly track, monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs (e.g., impressions, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) and industry benchmarks.Coordinate campaign adjustments: Adjust targeting, creatives, or budgets based on performance data to ensure campaigns meet goals.Troubleshooting & Optimization (Programmatic)Monitor and resolve issues in programmatic campaigns related to ad delivery, creative discrepancies, targeting, or inventory problems.Identify and resolve discrepancies in tracking and reporting between various platforms.Collaboration with Cross-Functional TeamsAct as the bridge between sales, Customer Success, and clients to ensure expectations are met and campaigns run smoothly.Provide reporting and insights to stakeholders to regularly update sales and CS teams on campaign performance and recommend adjustments to meet client objectives.Supply – Ad Stack & Market InsightsCollaboration with BI and tech teams to analyze and understand the parameters being passed or being missed by Supply Partners.Regular data analysis from CTV partners, identifying trends, opportunities for optimization, and potential issues.Monitoring of margins generated with each supply partner to help ensuring profitability and long-term financial sustainability.Controlling and monitoring of implementation of minimum floor prices, ensuring they are respected across all partner transactions.Continuously evaluate the tech stack, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions or new technologies that could enhance campaign results or streamline processes.Requirements:Familiarity with the CTV advertising landscape, ad-serving technologies, programmatic advertising, and video formats.Analytical Mindset to draw conclusions, generate insights, and make informed decisions.Problem-Solving SkillsStrong communication skills to work across various teams.Attention to DetailFamiliarity with ad platforms, DSPs, reporting tools, and general troubleshooting for digital advertising.Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.Understanding of IAB Standards, familiarity with programmatic elements (DSP, SSP) is a plus.1-2 years of experience in a similar position is a nice to have.Some good reasons to apply:Opportunity to work for a leading company and a global technology conglomerate.Flexible working hours and hybrid model.
