Description du poste : 2025-05-21Full timetemporary – staff leasingOur prestigious client is looking for a Junior Allocation Coordinator South for Boavista dos Pinheiros (Odemira).The main goal of this position is to ensure the logistics flow between the original producer and the customer with the aim to add value, maximize profitability through efficiency, and achieving high customer service level.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESOrder Processing & Allocation:Support warehouse allocation tasks in Microsoft Dynamics for European operations.Confirm orders in alignment with the Sales & Operations Planning team.Adjust sales orders to ensure accurate pallet distribution.Allocate fruit to customers based on established guidelines, including Tiers and Approvals.Stock Monitoring & Issue Reporting:Monitor fruit stock levels in the system and report any cases where fruit age exceeds normal thresholds.Support production monitoring and report any detected issues.Conduct physical stock checks of packaging at the Dutch warehouse.Order packaging for the Dutch warehouse.Communication & Collaboration:Maintain direct internal communication with the Planning and Transportation departments.Process Improvement & Project Support:Assist in the implementation of new projects and developments as required.Support ongoing process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.Requirements:English : Written and spokenAvailability to work from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm-Work on Weekend (Every two weeks ) and evening shifts (occasional) are part of the position.Education & training: High Scholl completeConditions:Expected duration of the contract until the end of September.Integration into a solid and dynamic companySubmit your application!Os candidatos interessados, em cumprimento do definido no Regulamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD), são convidados a ler a política de privacidade em pt.gigroup.com
