In case of some company events, office attendance is expected from the colleagues. Technical conditions for working from home are fully in place.Job DescriptionAt KOSTAL we are running a huge MS-Sharepoint farm to support the communication needs in the business. Beside Sharepoint some additional tools for collaboration (i.e. Concept Board, Staffbase, Sitecore, etc.) are in use.Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

  • Consulting the business users in case of question how to design their Sharepoint pages in the best way
  • Fulfill service requests, documentation and training needs
  • Monitoring system operation and proactive error detection and solving
  • Incident and problem management
  • Ownership of the services or a set of the additional tools beside Sharepoint

Special Tasks/ Key challenges:

  • Special tasks from our M365 project might come up

QualificationsEducation:

  • University degree within IT or similar

Work experiences – time/seniority/ sector:

  • 0-2 years of experience in service support or Sharepoint

Technical/ IT knowledge:

  • General IT knowledge
  • Familiarity in dealing with web technologies.

Language – with level

  • Fluent English, German
  • Other languages as per role requirement

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Experienced working in an international, virtual team.
  • Confident in moderating meetings, workshops and trainings in English language.
