If so, you could be a great fit for the Junior Graphic Designer, BR role we currently have available at Team Liquid.As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in our creative team, producing visually compelling assets that reflect and elevate our brand identity. You’ll work closely with senior designers and creative team members to execute a variety of design projects, including social media graphics, promotional materials, event branding, and more. Your contributions will directly impact Team Liquid’s marketing initiatives, esports campaigns, and overall branding, helping us maintain and expand our visual presence in the global gaming community.What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work closely with senior designers and creative team members to conceptualize and execute various graphic design projects, including social media graphics, branding campaigns, streaming assets, event branding, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure that all design assets meet high standards of quality, align with Team Liquid’s brand guidelines, and are delivered on time.
  • Take and implement constructive feedback from senior designers and creative team members, iterating on designs to meet project goals and maintain brand consistency.
  • Organize and maintain design files using platforms like Adobe Libraries, Dropbox, and Google Drive, ensuring assets are accessible to the team.
  • Properly prepare and package files for various uses, including print production, digital use, social media distribution, and post-production needs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders via ClickUp, Slack, and email to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry standards in gaming and branding. Continuously improve design skills and knowledge, adapting to new tools, techniques, and feedback.
  • Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality. Keep ClickUp updated with the status of each project and track progress, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong familiarity with graphic design concepts, typography, layout, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment with quick turnarounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in both Portuguese & English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
  • Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and adapt to evolving creative needs.
  • Fluent in English.

You’ll Earn Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Interest in gaming culture and Team Liquid’s brand.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics, UI/UX, and/or 3D design.
  • Familiarity of SEO and YouTube thumbnail strategies.

This is a position with a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) type of contract.
