Mission : Simplifier la vie quotidienne grâce à un service client, une technologie avancée et des services de livraison efficaces.
Responsabilités Principales
Le candidat retenu rejoindra l’équipe de Global Courier Operations. Ses responsabilités principales incluront :
- Gestion des demandes RH : Répondre aux questions des coursiers via un système de tickets et des emails, et effectuer les tâches opérationnelles quotidiennes relatives au cycle de vie des coursiers.
- Soutien aux questions RH : Conseiller sur les congés, absences, et autres préoccupations liées aux ressources humaines.
- Tâches administratives : Gérer l’absence, maintenir et mettre à jour les dossiers des coursiers.
- Utilisation quotidienne d’outils : Travailler avec des logiciels tels que Salesforce et Shiftplanning.
- Suivi des procédures : Rapporter les erreurs ou incohérences rencontrées.
- Amélioration des processus : Partager des idées d’amélioration avec votre manager.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal doit posséder :
- Compétences linguistiques : Proficiency en italien (niveau B2) et en anglais (niveau B2).
- Orientation service : Aptitude à résoudre efficacement les demandes des coursiers.
Compétences Complémentaires :
- Connaissances des outils comme G Suite ou Slack.
- Expérience antérieure dans le service ou le support client.

To bring this ambitious project to life, we are looking for individuals to join our brand-new Global Courier Operations Team. In this role, you’ll focus on responding to courier inquiries and resolving the issues they report.What will your responsibilities include?
- Handling courier HR inquiries via a ticketing system and email, as well as performing daily operational tasks related to the courier lifecycle, such as contract changes, work certificates, and employment confirmations.
- Providing support on HR-related matters — leaves, absences, etc.
- Performing administrative tasks, such as absence management, maintaining and updating courier records, and more.
- Working daily with tools like Salesforce, Shiftplanning, and others.
- Following procedures and reporting any errors or inconsistencies.
- Supporting and advising couriers on HR-related queries, sharing insights with your manager, and actively seeking ways to improve processes.
Can you bring…?
- Italian language proficiency at B2 level (daily communication with couriers and the local team in Italy) and English at B2 level (some documentation and instructions).
- A focus on providing support and effectively resolving inquiries.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Familiarity with tools like G Suite or Slack.
- Experience in customer service or support roles.
