Dans le cadre de son programme de Corporate Internal Audit, DHL recherche un Junior Internal Auditor pour rejoindre son équipe internationale à Prague. Ce rôle est essentiel pour protéger et soutenir la croissance de l’entreprise en fournissant des évaluations et des conseils objectifs concernant les opérations.

Responsabilités

Les principales missions incluent :

• Acquisition de connaissances : Suivre un programme de formation rigoureux pour développer une compréhension approfondie de l’audit et des activités de DHL.
• Participation aux audits : Contribuer à des missions d’audit financier, opérationnel et de conformité dans différentes divisions.
• Feedback régulier : Recevoir des retours fréquents pour identifier ses forces et les axes d’amélioration.
• Formation continue : Finaliser la formation pour devenir Associate Auditor dans l’un des bureaux régionaux situés en République Tchèque, Allemagne, États-Unis, Costa Rica, Malaisie ou Singapour.

Critères de candidature

Les candidats doivent posséder :

• Un diplôme : Bachelor en affaires, finance, comptabilité ou expérience équivalente.
• Motivation : Désir d’apprendre de nouvelles compétences et d’initier un développement personnel proactif.
• Pensée analytique : Capacité à anticiper les problèmes et identifier les opportunités d’atténuation des risques.
• Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des outils MS-Office; une expérience en analyse de données est un plus.
• Langue : Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

• Building up auditing and DHL business knowledge by following our training scheme.
• Participation in financial, operational, and compliance audit assignments in various divisions.
• Benefiting from regular feedbacks to build an understanding of own strengths and improving further.
• Completing the training and becoming Associate Auditor in one of our regional audit offices located in the Czech Republic, Germany, U.S., Costa Rica, Malaysia, or Singapore.

Your offer:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, and/or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to learn new skills and knowledge and pro-active self-development.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to assess the wider picture, anticipate issues before they arise and identify opportunities to mitigate risks.
• Professional handling of MS-Office and experience with data analytics is an advantage.
• Good command of the English language (in written and spoken).
