Responsabilités Clés
Chaque journée typique en tant que *Junior P&C Services Specialist* comprend diverses tâches, telles que :
- Réunion matinale avec le manager pour aligner les objectifs de la journée.
- Traitement des commandes en cours, y compris les modifications des termes de l’emploi dans le système.
- Interaction avec l’unité nationale des ressources humaines pour clarifier les erreurs.
- Élaboration de rapports via Excel et gestion d’une ligne d’assistance pour les employés.
- Participation à des perches café (FIKA), favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif.
- Auto-apprentissage à travers des plateformes de formation.
- Participation à des discussions d’équipe hebdomadaires pour aborder divers sujets d’intérêt.

- conversation with your Buddy (your mentor during the onboarding), e.g. sharing the next bit of knowledge about a given process,
- lunch (if in the office, then with the team),
- self-study, e.g. e-learning concerning cultural differences or Excel carried out via a training platform,
- work at a “helpline”, i.e. employee support line (telephone/e-mail/chat),
- reviewing company news, e.g. finding out who won the competition for the best photo promoting a healthy lifestyle.
