Le candidat retenu sera intégré à l’unité de *National Security (NS)*, focalisée sur la fourniture de services en cybersécurité adaptés aux besoins spécifiques des clients. Ce rôle implique une étroite collaboration avec diverses parties prenantes pour garantir un déroulement administratif fluide des projets tout au long de leur cycle de vie.
Responsabilités
Les principales responsabilités incluent :
- Gestion administrative et facturation des projets.
- Coordination avec des équipes diverses pour assurer la réalisation des objectifs de manière efficace.
- Adaptabilité et flexibilité dans la gestion des imprévus et des changements.
Environnement de Travail
Les activités seront majoritairement réalisées au bureau d’Espoo, avec la possibilité de télétravail après la prise de connaissance des fonctions. Occasionnellement, des déplacements domestiques peuvent être nécessaires. Ce poste requiert la nationalité finlandaise, des compétences linguistiques excellentes en finnois, ainsi qu’une habilitation de sécurité de base. La langue de travail au sein de DNV est l’anglais.

Qualifications indispensables :
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome avec précision dans les tâches administratives.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, patience et attitude positive.
- Intérêt pour l’industrie de la cybersécurité.
- Compétences linguistiques en finnois et anglais.
Atouts supplémentaires :
- Expérience dans le travail administratif et/ou la facturation.
- Antécédents de collaboration avec des autorités de sécurité.

NS is a sector unit that produces a wide range of cybersecurity services to meet customer needs. In this unit, you will have the opportunity to work on projects of significant importance to society.We are looking for a project coordinator to handle the administration and billing of assignments. You will work closely with various stakeholders in the project and ensure the smooth administrative flow of assignments throughout their entire lifecycle. Your background could be, for example, a recent graduate from a business or IT field, or you may have already gained experience in administrative tasks. Experience in cybersecurity is not mandatory, as the role offers a great opportunity to learn about the field. You are comfortable working with people and have a positive attitude. In addition to excellent communication skills, you can work independently and with precision. You do not shy away from routine tasks, but you can also adapt flexibly to changing situations when needed.Work is mainly onsite work at our office in Espoo but after getting familiar with the role, remote work is possible to some extent. The job involves occasional domestic travel. Due to the nature of the work, we require Finnish citizenship, excellent Finnish language skills, and the completion of a security clearance (basic level).
