Le poste de Junior Supply Chain Planning Technology Professional s’inscrit dans une dynamique d’optimisation des chaînes d’approvisionnement. En rejoignant l’équipe à Helsinki, vous participerez à des projets d’envergure, développant des solutions à la pointe de la technologie pour planifier et gérer efficacement les chaînes d’approvisionnement. Cette fonction requiert un intérêt marqué pour les technologies innovantes et leur application pratique à la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
Tâches Clés
Les missions principales incluent :
- Implémentation de solutions avancées pour l’optimisation des processus de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
- Collaboration dans des projets de développement de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, intégrant les meilleures pratiques et tendances émergentes.
- Analyse des données pour éclairer la prise de décisions et favoriser l’amélioration continue.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal doit cumuler un minimum d’1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, ainsi qu’un intérêt pour l’implémentation des technologies adaptées. La maîtrise des concepts tels que la planification de la demande, la logistique et la gestion des stocks est essentielle.

- Compétences interpersonnelles solides pour établir des relations avec les clients et les parties prenantes.

Ce poste est basé à l’agence de Helsinki, avec une possibilité de travail flexible à distance en Finlande. Toutefois, il est impératif de se rendre au bureau ou chez les clients, ce qui peut également nécessiter des voyages internationaux fréquents.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain management, coupled with interest (and perhaps background) in building and implementing technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a planning technology focused junior professional within our Supply Chain team, you will work in implementation project teams to provide expert implementation services to our clients. Essentially, this means implementing advanced planning solutions to optimise supply chain processes and improve performance. Depending on your experience and expertise, your responsibilities may also include supporting our clients in projects related to:
- Supply chain development utilizing best practices and emerging trends.
- Data analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
QualificationsYou are a client-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills for building networks. Your analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and structured work approach, combined with technical capabilities, enable you to deliver successful implementation projects.To succeed in this role, it would be an advantage to have some of the following experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, with an interest (and preferably a background) in supply chain planning technology implementation
- Strong understanding of supply chain, including e.g., demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory management, procurement and logistics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Personal characteristics:
- Innovative, curious and solution-oriented
- Creative and hands-on with a focus on value creation and results
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey clearly
- Team player with a focus on collaboration and common goals
Please note that this position is based at the Helsinki office. While we offer flexibility regarding remote work in Finland, presence at our Helsinki office or at our client’s location is required in this position. Please also note that our implementation projects are global and clients’ locations can be outside of Finland.
