We are seeking a detail-oriented and process driven Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team at PIL in Santiago of Chile. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our GFS (Global Finance System) implementation process, supporting the successful implementation of the Oracle GFS ERP system at the country level, ensuring fiscal compliance, data accuracy, system readiness, and operational continuity. This position contributes directly to testing, e-invoicing integration, and documentation, with clear performance objectives aligned with project delivery and long-term finance team transition.Key Responsibilities:

  • Localization Support: Validate local tax, e-invoicing, statutory, and chart of accounts configurations.
  • System Implementation: Participate in AP/AR/GL/IC/FA/Tax rollouts, supporting functional testing and issue tracking.
  • Testing & Data: Contribute to PB1 (30%) and UAT (70%) cycles by preparing test cases, executing validations, and reporting results.
  • Documentation & SOPs: Maintain traceable documentation of testing, process mappings, and localized SOPs.
  • E-Invoicing Integration: Assist with setup and functional testing of e-invoice vendors under Oracle-LARO guidance.

Key Accountabilities – Post Go-Live (Finance Operations):

  • Post-Go-Live Stabilization: Participate in hypercare activities to ensure functional and compliance success.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users during and after the implementation
  • Execute operational finance tasks across AP, AR, IC, Tax, and Reporting using Oracle GFS
  • Perform accurate month-end closings, reconciliations, and GL processing
  • Ensure tax declarations and compliance with local reporting obligations
  • Maintain process documentation, support audits, and drive operational excellence
  • Collaborate with LARO and HQ Finance teams for performance reporting and improvements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in finance operations or ERP environments
  • Familiarity with AP, AR, GL, IC, FA, Tax modules and e-invoicing platforms
  • Strong Excel proficiency; documentation and process mapping skills required
  • Intermediate to advanced English; native Spanish or Portuguese as applicable
  • Proactive, process-driven, and detail-oriented with good communication skills

  • Familiarity with digital tools such as sales management platforms, online collaboration tools, and productivity software.

Knowledge of the Maritime and Logistics Sector

  • Familiarity with maritime transportation services, cargo loading and unloading operations, and global logistics processes.
  • Understanding of international trade and maritime transport terms and regulations.
