Description du Poste

Le poste de Coordinateur de Changement d’Étiquettes chez Convatec implique une série de responsabilités stratégiques visant à garantir la conformité et l’efficacité des processus de changement d’étiquettes au sein de l’organisation.

Responsabilités Clés

  • Coordination de la communication : Assurer l’alignement des contenus d’art et des exigences des différents départements.
  • Gestion des projets d’étiquetage : Prendre en charge des projets d’étiquetage modérés, en exécutant des changements via le système Trackwise.
  • Suivi de la production : Intégrer les modifications dans les activités de production lorsque cela est nécessaire dans une usine spécifique.
  • Collaboration : Œuvrer en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de fabrication, réglementaires et artistiques.
  • Formation : Fournir une formation aux nouveaux employés et entretenir des relations productives avec les prestataires externes.

Impact Commercial

Le Coordinateur aura un rôle essentiel dans l’atteinte des objectifs opérationnels, ayant un impact significatif sur les résultats départementaux. Il lui sera demandé de gérer des projets de complexité modérée à grande, tout en favorisant une communication efficace avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

Compétences et Expérience Requises

  • Expérience : Minimum 3 ans dans le domaine de l’étiquetage et connaissance des processus associés.
  • Compétences techniques : Connaissance approfondie des portefeuilles produits Convatec et des méthodologies de gestion de projet.
  • Communication : Capacité à communiquer efficacement en anglais technique, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
  • Compétences informatiques : Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, spécialement Excel et Word.

Qualifications Éducatives

  • Diplôme : BA/BFA en administration, langues ou domaine connexe, ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
  • Formation complémentaire : Formation sur le système de gestion de la qualité et les procédures pertinentes pour le poste.

  • Coordinating of the project communication between the key functions to ensure artwork content is designed and aligned with requirements in the timely manner
  • Translating or transfering design inputs from the label request process into compliant and implementable art on finished goods
  • handling moderate labelling projects for artwork change.
  • Performing change in Trackwise (CCR).
  • May require handling implementation of the change into production activities (in specific plant).
  • Ensuring that work is performed in a manner that is safe, effective and compliant with regulated procedures and company policies
  • Working under limited supervision for routine situations and may be responsible for organizing daily operations; problems are typically difficult and routine, but not complex.
  • Demonstrating ability and desire to learn new concepts and function in the arena of Packaging and Labeling. This will include; proof reading, labeling processes and graphics arts and will cover but is not limited to labels, inserts, Instructions for Use (IFU’s), cartons, and leaflets.
  • Illustrating basic ability to take ideas and instructions from a variety of sources and, with supervision, interpret, organize, and present them in a organized format from concept through completion (print and/or electronic).
  • Reviewing and prioritizing production work and other tasks working closely with Team Leader, Manufacturing Sites, Regulatory and Graphic Artist. Adjusts priorities according to due dates and interpretation of time necessary for production. Plays a supportive role in planning and preparing designs for new products and projects.
  • Communicating effectively with other graphic artists and members of their team. Clearly identifies problems and solutions that arise with projects and discusses accordingly. Provides training to new personnel and communicates with outside vendors, printing suppliers, Package Engineers, Projects Administrators, and Marketing Group.
  • Demonstrating ability to be detailed oriented. Demonstrate a desire to learn and master the function of Proof Reader.
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of laser printers and plotter, sending and receiving files via Secure Connect. Retrieves files from archives. Uses Scanner proficiently. Uses Language Software to convert RTF (Rich Text Format) files from foreign markets.
  • This individual will represent the Labeling team on project teams they participate on.
  • Demonstrating full compliance with ConvaTec’s Quality Management System (QMS), policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with the legislative and internal requirements of the EHS and to participate in the fulfillment of the company’s targets in the EHS area.
  • Specific Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the label request process
  • Lead label artworks change strategy and execution.
  • Lead change request for labelling (CCR)
  • Lead artwork implementation (in specific plant).
  • Lead the communication in the artwork change projects.
  • Lead and deliver labeling documents to support departmental and project activities.
  • Lead the resolution of project ambiguities where multiple risk-dependent options exist.

  • Operate independently on large, moderately complex projects and assignments.
  • May set day-to-day operational objectives for individual.

Communication as a Label Change Coordinator: * Communicate with contacts both within and outside the department to obtain or provide information on matters of moderate importance to the job area.

  • Formulate clear and concise options based on identified risks.

Skills & Experience:

  • Min. 3 years work experience in labeling and knowledge of labeling processes
  • Good knowledge of Convatec product portfolio
  • Knowledge of DTP (artwork preparation for printing)
  • Knowledge of project management methodology
  • Demonstrable experience of on-time delivery of complex technical projects and activities.
  • Building productive relationships with design teams (such as: branding, human factor, marketing) and external parties (customers, agencies, print houses)
  • Highly structured, ability to progress tasks in parallel, and proven problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in Technical English (verbal and written) is essential.
  • Understanding of basic ‘graphic artwork development’ and printing techniques such as off-set litho, digital, flexography, gravure etc….
  • Highly computer literate i.e. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Advanced english level

Qualifications/Education:

  • BA/BFA in administration/languages/related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with various applications used in the Windows environment.
  • Familiar with the Windows Office suite of software tools: Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Education and/or background with database.
  • Education and/or background with Project Management tools

Preferred training requirements:

  • Introduction training for administrative employees
  • Quality System documents and procedures relevant to all employees (local and Convatec corporate e.g. Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Quality Policy, Complaints, relevant GxP documents), including regular re-training when required
