Description du poste : Job Posting: Labor & Employment Law AttorneyLocation: San Diego, CAJob Type: Full-TimePractice Area: Labor & Employment LawLabor & Employment Law Attorney Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Labor & Employment Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling employment law matters, with strong litigation and/or pre-litigation skills. This position involves managing a diverse caseload, providing strategic legal counsel, and representing clients in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal counsel on Employment Law matters including, wage and hour, PAGA, workplace disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, etc.
  • Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pre-litigation strategy, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
  • Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution forums.
  • Advise clients on risk management and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Negotiate settlements and work to resolve disputes in a cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other correspondence.
  • Develop strategies to prevent legal issues and minimize exposure for clients through proactive counsel.
  • Stay up to date with changes in employment law to provide clients with current and effective legal advice.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Employment Law preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle a full caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and writing skills.
  • Experience in defending clients against employment-related claims (plaintiff or defense).
  • Ability to provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to clients.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed in CA in good standing.
