Description du poste :
En tant que Land Release Manager, vous serez amené à fournir un leadership technique dans un domaine spécialisé, en appliquant vos connaissances en ingénierie à des projets variés. Vos missions incluront :
- La prise de décisions indépendantes sur des problèmes techniques.
- La représentation de l’organisation lors de conférences.
- La résolution d’enjeux significatifs et la planification des activités.
- L’utilisation de techniques avancées pour modifier et étendre des principes dans le domaine des sciences connexes.
Qualifications Requises
Minimum Requirements :
- Diplôme de Bachelor en ingénierie civile ou discipline connexe.
- 8 ans d’expérience ou une équivalence en formation ou expérience.
Compétences Préférées :
- Diplôme professionnel en ingénierie civile ou domaine connexe, accompagné d’une formation spécialisée (master, doctorat).
- Expérience en direction ou coordination de projets de construction d’infrastructures de transport.
- Expertise dans la gestion de contrats de construction pour des projets de type métro.

Join us and let’s get started.Job DescriptionAECOM is looking for a Land Release Manager based in Panama.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing technical leadership in a specialized area.
- Applying extensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad assignments and related fields.
- Making independent decisions on technical problems and methods, and representing the organization at conferences.
- Resolving significant issues, planning, and coordinating work.
- Using advanced techniques, modifying and extending theories, principles, and practices in the field, related sciences, and disciplines.
- Supervision and guidance largely pertain to overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters.
- Receiving instructions in unusual conditions and developments.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineeringor related disciplins + 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalence of experience and/or education.
- General professional experience in civil works.
Additional InformationPreferred Skills and Experience:
- Professional degree in Civil Engineering or related fields, with postgraduate studies in specialization, master’s, or doctorate.
- Experience in directing or coordinating the construction or civil works of transportation infrastructure engineering projects, or the PMO for the construction of civil works for transportation infrastructure projects.
- Experience in having directed/coordinated construction contracts for civil works for metro-type projects.
