Description du poste : Job Category: Planning and ControlJob Description:About The RoleThe Landside Coordinator is responsible to coordinate all aspects of Landside Operations for the Terminal. To be effective in this role it is critical to develop and maintain effective relationships with our valued industry partners. Your role is to provide excellent customer service and support for landside and quayside stakeholders.This role works alternating weeks of 6:00am – 2.30pm and 9.30am – 6.00pm, Monday – Friday, to provide support across the span of the day.Key AccountabilitiesCustomer Service
- First point of contact for all Landside enquiries
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all customers and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
Operational Resourcing & Planning
- Facilitate the Receival & Delivery of all containers for the terminal; including Fulls & Empties
- Calculate required slot release numbers and import/export ratio
- Review & approve stack run & bulk run requests
- Plan the daily resource requirement considering available labour and machinery to balance operational goals with customer demand
- Identify improvement opportunities for productivity gains & cost reduction
Billings & Claim
- Administration of financial penalties including recommendations where adjustments may be warranted
- Liaise with CCT claims regarding truck damage investigations
Reporting & Data Entry
- Develop & maintain a detailed customer database including company profile, structure, contact details and history
- Review compliance of all customers regarding Company / Site policies and the Carrier Access Agreement
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in transport/rail/maritime/marine/stevedoring operations
- Experience using 1-Stop system
- Effective customer service, oral and written communication skills as well as planning and organising skills
- Intermediate ability with Microsoft Word and Excel
- High attention to detail and ability to rectify errors efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage workloads, work autonomously or as a member of a team so that timely and effective results are achieved
- Working knowledge of the appropriate regulatory requirements and bodies
