Résumé du Poste
Le candidat retenu intégrera l’équipe des services de données de trade à travers la plateforme SABRE (Standard Chartered Analytics Booking and Risk Engine), qui joue un rôle essentiel dans la gestion des risques financiers et des valorisations. Ce poste nécessite la mise en œuvre de solutions novatrices pour améliorer l’architecture de données, tout en répondant aux exigences des projets réglementaires et en réduisant la dépendance aux systèmes hérités.

Élargissement du modèle de données actuel (FpML) pour soutenir de nouveaux cas d’utilisation.
Développement de l’API Trade Lake pour des requêtes performantes sur des attributs de trading.
Assistance à la réservation directe des transactions dans l’application SABRE.
Élaboration d’un cadre de contrôle pour la gestion des opérations quotidiennes.
Remédiation continue des problèmes d’exactitude et d’intégrité des données.
Soutien aux demandes de projet/reporting tels que MiFID2 et autres régulations.

Objectifs et Responsabilités

Le Lead Business Analyst sera responsable de :

Établir des relations solides avec les équipes commerciales et technologiques à l’échelle mondiale.
Collaborer avec diverses équipes pour identifier les besoins, résoudre les problèmes et proposer des solutions.
Travailler dans un environnement agile avec des analystes commerciaux, développeurs et testeurs.
Assurer une cohérence fonctionnelle à travers les divers projets et influencer les décisions architecturales.
Documenter les besoins commerciaux en exigences fonctionnelles.

Qualifications Requises

Pour réussir dans ce rôle exigeant, les candidats doivent posséder :

Une connaissance approfondie des produits financiers et des cycles de vie des transactions.
Une expérience avec les systèmes de fournisseurs et les plateformes de trade.
Un sens proactif, une grande capacité d’initiative et un bon esprit d’équipe.
Des compétences en communication et en documentation en anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
Une connaissance des flux de trades de la salle des marchés aux opérations et aux activités financières.

📝 Description du poste : Job SummarySABRE (Standard Chartered Analytics Booking and Risk Engine) is the bank’s strategic platform for Financial Markets Risk and Valuations. It is entirely developed in house. SABRE is also the central data repository for all Financial Markets transactions providing information for regulatory and non-regulatory trade reporting purposes.This role sits with the FM Trade data services team which involves extending the SABRE Trade Lake which is a core component of the platform, to build a future-proof trade store solution meeting on-going regulatory projects requirements, as well as enabling the strategic aim of reducing point to point connections and reliance on fragmented legacy systems, and supporting advanced Analytics on FM Trade data.In-flight work on the platform includes:

Extension of the current data model (FpML) to support new use cases
Extension of the Trade Lake API supporting high performance querying on a Business data dictionary of trade attributes, enabling quick turnaround of business benefits through self-service data extraction capability
Support for direct Trade Booking and Life-Cycling within the SABRE Application
Formulate and transition the Trade Lake control framework into BAU
On-going remediation of data accuracy and data completeness gaps
Supporting other project / reporting demands (MiFID2, SFTR, SEC, MAR, Securities Settlements, etc…)

JOB PURPOSE
o Building strong, effective relationships with both the business and technology teams, across global offices.
o Collaborating with trade platform teams, project teams and control functions to gather requirements, solve business problems by proposing relevant, innovative solutions
o Working across Trade Processing platforms (ECommerce, SABRE, Murex 3.1, Murex 2.11, BTS (Bloomberg Trading System), Apex, Wealth Management platforms)
o Working as part of an agile team including Business Analysts, Developers and Testers and being able to identify business implications of technical design decisions and influence them accordingly.
o Deliver functional consistency across the various projects by influencing architecture and design decisions
o Translating and documenting business requirements
o Working across asset classes of FX, ALM, Rates, Credits and CommoditiesQualifications

Extensive product knowledge across asset classes encompassing product & trade life cycle (pricing and risk is good to have). (Regulatory like MIFID II, EMIR, CFTC exposure is a plus)
Experience working on vendor systems (eCommerce platforms, Murex, BTS, Apex, Sophis, S2BX, Wealth systems)
Ability to work proactively, independently and displays strong initiative
Pragmatic team player with an attention to detail.
Ability to accurately translate and document business needs into functional requirements and produce quality documentation
Ability to drive multiple agenda and effectively manage priorities
Strong communication and presentation skills with an excellent standard of English (written and spoken)
Good understanding of the FO to BO trade flow of financial products, including Middle Office, Operations and Finance activities
Experience working in big data solutions and data querying tools. Experience in (ES) elastic search is a plus.
Strong understanding of key technology concepts, basics in SQL, NoSQL, functional programming and architecture. Strong technical acumen is a big plus.
Experience implementing trade STP havinultiple source platforms. FpML knowledge, ISDA CDM standards is a plus.
10+ years of relevant experience in full end to end financial markets project delivery life cycle
