L’équipe Commerce Systems Automation and Acceleration (CSAA) de Stripe joue un rôle crucial dans la transformation de l’écosystème financier de l’entreprise. Son principal objectif est de révolutionner les opérations financières en développant des solutions d’automatisation visant à optimiser des processus tels que la facturation, la reconnaissance des revenus, et le flux de fonds.
La mission clé de cette équipe repose sur deux axes principaux :
- Unified Global Invoicing Excellence : Simplification et harmonisation des processus de facturation à l’échelle mondiale, en tenant compte des régulations locales.
- Expedited Delivery with Regulatory Compliance for Revenue Recognition : Accélération des processus de reconnaissance des revenus tout en assurant la conformité aux normes comptables internationales.
Ces initiatives visent à minimiser le travail manuel et à réduire les erreurs, tout en améliorant la satisfaction des utilisateurs.
Rôle et Responsabilités
Dans ce poste de Software Engineer, le candidat sera impliqué dans divers projets exigeant un large éventail de technologies et de systèmes. Les responsabilités incluent :
- Conception et maintenance de l’infrastructure cloud distribuée et des services de plateforme.
- Amélioration de la performance des services d’infrastructure en matière de scalabilité, d’automatisation, de fiabilité et d’observabilité.
- Résolution de problèmes et support client pour les services développés.
- Participation à la planification et à la priorisation de la feuille de route des projets.
Profil du Candidat
Stripe recherche un candidat ayant :
Exigences minimales :
- Expérience professionnelle dans le développement logiciel.
- Maîtrise d’un des principaux fournisseurs de services cloud.
- Connaissance solide en construction de services de plateforme et/ou systèmes distribués à grande échelle.
- Capacité à développer, maintenir et déboguer des systèmes distribués.
- Une approche vers l’excellence opérationnelle.
Qualifications préférées :
- Expérience dans l’optimisation de la performance des systèmes distribués.
- Orientation vers les besoins des utilisateurs, tant internes qu’externes.
- Volonté d’appliquer des standards élevés dans la gestion de la production.
Modalités de Travail et Rémunération
Stripe adopte un modèle de travail hybride, avec un minimum de 50% de présence au bureau chaque mois, favorisant ainsi la collaboration tout en permettant une certaine flexibilité.
Rémunération : Le salaire annuel pour ce poste est compris entre €83,200 et €124,800, variant selon le lieu de travail et les qualifications du candidat. Des avantages supplémentaires tels que des actions, un bonus de société, des plans de retraite, des soins de santé et des aides au bien-être peuvent également être inclus.

- Design, build, and maintain distributed cloud infrastructure and platform services.

This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location.
