Dans le cadre de votre mission, vous serez responsable de la *livraison de microservices* pour des applications bancaires. Ce rôle implique également *une direction technique* à travers toutes les phases du cycle de développement logiciel.
Responsabilités clés
Techniques :
- *Conception, développement et mise en œuvre* d’applications Java pour les environnements de production et de pré-version.
- Gestion de l’*intégration continue* et des scripts de déploiement.
- Participation à des environnements de développement Agile en collaboration avec des équipes internationales.
- Compréhension approfondie des exigences clients pour garantir la pertinence des applications développées.
- *Mentorat* et accompagnement des ingénieurs moins expérimentés au sein de l’équipe.
Leadership :
- Encouragez l’*expression ouverte* et l’innovation au sein de l’équipe.
- Établissez une vision claire pour aligner les actions de l’équipe avec les objectifs stratégiques de NAB.

Compétences et expérience requises
- Expérience : Minimum de 7 ans en tant qu’architecte technique Java. Une expérience avec Java 8+ est indispensable.
- Compétences techniques : Conception et développement d’APIs RESTful, services microservices, ainsi qu’en Cloud computing (AWS ou Azure).
- Communication : Anglais courant requis, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Expérience avec *méthodologies Agile* et pratiques de développement DevOps.

You will be part of our delivery team and will be responsible for providing technical leadership throughout all phases of the software delivery life cycle as we initiate a transformation of NAB technology.At NAB, we believe success comes from our people.
