Description du poste : The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we will expect you to be in the office 3-4 days per week. So, no full remote is possible. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.About the JobAs a Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be an important part of our R&D team. You will design, optimize and enhance the release and software quality process of the QBase ground control and drone software. With our world-class teams, currently fifteen members, you will play a pivotal role in pushing the boundaries of software deployment for our high-tech drones. You will work closely with stakeholders from our software teams as well as neighboring departments (like hardware engineering) to extend and optimize the software testing pipeline. By ensuring high code quality and lean software deployment pipelines, you will support Quantum Systems in its mission to become the benchmark for aerial data collection solutions with unmanned aerial systems (sUAV).What is your Day to Day Mission:Define test strategy and set up QA processesDesign and execute test plans/test cases for manual and automated testingPerform manual testing for GCS and UAVsReview, challenge, and optimize existing test casesProactively extend the test scope in a structured way to identify system limits and push the boundaries even furtherParticipate in establishing of automated test framework to enable developers to continuously extend the test suiteCollaborate with the development teams to develop and further enhance the test automation pipelineWhat you bring to the team:5+ years in Quality AssuranceStrong understanding QA methodologies, tools, and processesExperienced in designing the test strategy and setting the testing process from scratchExperienced in creating, optimizing, and maintaining test cases in a highly structured wayExperience in planning test coverageExperience with CI/CD tooling and DockerEExperience in building Hardware/software-in-the-loop setups from concept to implementationWhy Quantum-Systems:We Stand with UkraineWe believe in the power of combined efforts: straightforward tech expertise paired with a customer-centric focus.We are industry pioneers who are ambitious, bold, and visionary.We push limits, think outside the box, and strive for technological excellence to shape the future of aerial data.We promise to be your runway for individual and professional growth.About us:Quantum Systems specializes in the development, design, and production of unmanned aerial systems (sUAS).
The Quantum Systems Vector reconnaissance drones have been in use in Ukraine since May 2022. So far, more than 500 systems have been delivered to the Ukranian Defense Forces
