Your new roleNous recherchons des individus hautement qualifiés et motivés pour rejoindre notre équipe d’infrastructure IT. Les candidat(e)s idéaux devront jouer un rôle clé dans la conception, le développement et l’amélioration continue de nos services d’infrastructure. Ces postes sont responsables d’assurer la stabilité, la performance et la scalabilité des composants critiques grâce à un support d’expert et à une ingénierie pratique. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec des architectes, des équipes opérationnelles et des équipes applicatives pour contribuer à la livraison d’une infrastructure fiable et sécurisée, conforme aux besoins de l’entreprise et aux exigences réglementaires.

Main responsibilities :

Design & Develop Infrastructure Services : S’aligner sur l’architecture d’entreprise et les normes de sécurité.
3rd Level Support : Agir en tant qu’expert pour des incidents et des problèmes complexes.
Lifecycle Activities : Participer aux mises à niveau, migrations et planification de capacité.
Documentation : Assurer la documentation et le transfert de connaissances entre les équipes.
On-call Support : Participer à la rotation d’astreinte pour les services d’infrastructure critiques en dehors des heures de bureau.
Vendor Collaboration : Collaborer avec les fournisseurs et les prestataires de services sur les résolutions de problèmes et les améliorations.
Continuous Improvement : Contribuer aux initiatives de surveillance, d’alerte et d’excellence opérationnelle.
Compliance : Maintenir la conformité avec les exigences de sécurité IT et réglementaires.
Roadmap Development : Responsable de la feuille de route et du cycle de vie des différents domaines d’infrastructure.
Daily Operations and Management :

Réseau, Datacenter, Calcul et Stockage : Assurer la conformité avec NIS2, GxP, CIS et GDPR.
Computing pour l’utilisateur final, Cloud, Gestion des événements et Exchange : Gérer des services tels qu’Exchange, SCCM, SCOM, Azure, PRTG et Licensing.
Infrastructure Enablement : Développer le paysage IT et applicatif pour garantir la conformité avec les meilleures pratiques.
Process and Procedure Development : Assurer une interaction sans faille entre les opérations IT et les besoins commerciaux.
Minor Project Management : Gérer de petits projets liés à l’infrastructure IT.

Additional Role Scope and Responsibilities – Lead System Engineer :

SME and Service Owner of Network : Services WAN et Firewall, y compris des technologies telles que HPE Aruba, Aruba Central, Virtual Networking, Palo Alto Firewalls et ClearPass.
Create, develop, and execute roadmaps : Garantir la conformité avec GxP, GDPR et NIS2.
Designing, planning, and implementing 802.1x : Assurer la sécurité réseau.

What you’ll need to succeed

Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in one or more infrastructure domains (e.g., compute, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud, or backup).
Troubleshooting: Proven experience in troubleshooting and supporting infrastructure environments.
Design Principles: Knowledge of infrastructure design principles, performance tuning, and high-availability setups.
ITIL Processes: Understanding of ITIL processes, especially around incident, problem, and change management.
