Description du Rôle
Le Learning & Leadership Partner joue un rôle clé, rapportant directement au Manager de la formation et du leadership. La mission principale consiste à faciliter la mise en œuvre des programmes de formation, de développement et d’intégration pour les équipes en entreprise, couvrant les centres de soutien aux magasins et aux centres de distribution.
Responsabilités Clés
- Analyse des besoins : Collaborer avec les leaders d’entreprise pour identifier les besoins en formation et élaborer une stratégie d’apprentissage efficace.
- Communication : Établir une stratégie de communication et d’inscription claire concernant les plans de formation.
- Facilitation : Concevoir et animer des événements incluant des formations de grande envergure.
- Développement de formateurs : Identifier et préparer des facilitateurs pour garantir une expérience d’apprentissage de qualité.
- Évaluation : Mesurer l’efficacité des programmes de formation et recueillir des retours pour des améliorations continues.
- Coaching : Accompagner les individus et les équipes pour améliorer leurs dynamiques et leur performance.
- Engagement : Demeurer impliqué dans l’organisation en assistant aux réunions régulières et aux rassemblements.
Qualifications Requises
- Passion affirmée pour l’accompagnement et le développement du potentiel des individus.
- Plus de 3 ans d’expérience en facilitation de l’apprentissage et développement du leadership.
- Compétences en gestion de projets et capacités de communication.
- Baccalauréat ou certificat dans des domaines tels que la gestion des ressources humaines ou l’éducation.
- Certificat en coaching, un atout souhaité.

In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.About this teamReporting into the Manager, Learning & Leadership, AUNZ, the Learning Partner, will enable delivery of training, development and on-boarding programs for corporate teams in our Store Support Centres (SSC) and Distribution Centre (DC) and Stores through the most effective and consumable means using the right method/channel, for the right audience, at the right time through the most effective and consumable means. You will be responsible for ensuring curriculum is localized, integrated, up-to-date and utilizes innovative delivery techniques and modalities to maximize skill acquisition and knowledge retention, as well as measuring and monitoring training effectiveness.A day in the life
- Consult and partner with Business Leaders to conduct learning needs analysis and then create and execute learning strategy for corporate departments including onboarding of new employees and ongoing development for existing teams
- Create a clear enrolment and communication strategy on learning plans
- Design and facilitate a wide range of conversations and events, including large-scale offsites that require the support of an expert facilitator
- Identify, prepare and develop facilitators to support the delivery of training programs, in addition to co-design and delivery of Train-the Trainer to ensure a best in class learning experience
- Identify and implement appropriate localization of global learning assets including managing program logistics for participants
- Evaluate the success of training programs through various methods, including observation, surveys, interviews, and feedback
- Coach and consult at the individual and team level to support team dynamics and help foster high performing teams
- Remain immersed in the larger lululemon organization through attending regular team meetings, department offsites and Area level gatherings
- Partner with program manager/s and/or learning design to advise on program sustainment.
Qualifications:
- A passion for guiding and supporting our collective in discovering, developing, and activating their unique potential for the world.
- 3+ years experience in adult learning facilitation in functional training, leadership development + career development.
- Proficiency in priority/ project management, presenting ideas and concepts, and ability to quickly develop trust.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines if needed on project.
- Cross-functional and collaboration skills.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Strengths in organization, and influence; solutions-oriented problem-solving.
- BA degree or certificate in Business, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour or Education.
- Certification in Coaching preferred.
