Description du Poste
Le poste de Senior Legal Counsel au sein de l’équipe juridique mondiale de Schneider Electric est orienté vers le soutien légal et la conformité des opérations en Iberia et en Italie. Le cadre de cette mission implique une collaboration étroite avec divers acteurs internes pour intégrer les lois en vigueur dans les décisions stratégiques de l’entreprise.
Contributions Clés
Les responsabilités du Senior Legal Counsel comprennent, mais ne se limitent pas à :
- Préparation et révision de contrats : Assurer la conformité et soutenir les négociations.
- Création de modèles contractuels : Établir des gabarits pour faciliter les accords futurs.
- Gestion des litiges : Surveiller et fournir un soutien pour les réclamations.
- Formation à la conformité : Organiser des sessions de sensibilisation et de formation aux réglementations.
- Suivi des exigences réglementaires : Veiller à l’adoption des nouvelles normes au sein des opérations.
Conditions et Exigences
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, le candidat idéal doit répondre aux critères suivants :
- Expérience : Au moins huit (8) ans de pratique juridique dans des domaines pertinents, avec une spécialisation en droit commercial.
- Qualification : Avocat pleinement qualifié et autorisé à exercer en Espagne et/ou en Italie, avec un Master en Droit ou équivalent.
- Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise du *spanish* et/ou de l’*italien*, ainsi qu’un bon niveau d’*anglais*.
- Sens du commerce : Aptitude à comprendre les enjeux commerciaux et à travailler en collaboration avec les parties prenantes.

You will operate as a key business partner to provide strategic support and advice, working on a wide range of commercial and compliance matters with a focus on our Channel (indirect) Business. Your checklist would include:
- Preparing and reviewing contracts and terms and conditions, supporting negotiations
- Preparing templates
- Providing claims support and overseeing litigations
- Helping to ensure compliance with applicable laws and Group policies
- Providing training and facilitating our compliance programs
- Monitoring and implementing regulatory requirements.

- Regular travel within Iberia and/or Italy.
- Occasional travel to other locations in Europe as business need is determined.
- Travel may include some overnight stays.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?We are looking for someone who is comfortable with working in a digital environment, feels strongly about social justice and sustainability. Someone who wants to work in an international company and has a proven track record operating in an inhouse environment. Our future colleague must be able to work proactively and closely with the business stakeholders, to identify and analyse critical business issues, and to apply legal expertise to deliver solutions.You should have excellent legal and communication skills and be:A fully qualified lawyer authorized to practice in Spain and/or Italy with a Master of Laws degree or equivalent and at least eight (8) years’ relevant PQE in commercial law (with a focus on indirect/channel/reseller business), preferably in a Hi-tech, Oil & Energy, Construction or Renewables & Environment sector.Native in Spanish and/or Italian, fluent in English (written and verbal) with great technological skillsConfident with fantastic interpersonal skills, commercially minded, highly organized and able to work effectively in teams.Able to work independently and manage large volumes of work.Let us learn about you!
