Description du poste
Le Leisure Supervisor aura pour mission principale d’assister le manager dans la gestion quotidienne des opérations de loisirs, en mettant l’accent sur l’amélioration du parcours client et l’élévation de l’expérience des invités VIP. Les responsabilités clés comprendront :
- Supervision des activités de loisirs : Assurer la gestion efficace de toutes les activités proposées aux clients du resort.
- Relations clients : Établir et renforcer des relations avec les invités pour maximiser les revenus et optimiser la vente des activités de loisirs.
- Organisation d’événements : Planifier et gérer les activités internes du Padel Club tout en collaborant avec l’équipe expérience client.
- Coordination des achats : Aider à la gestion des acquisitions de vêtements, accessoires et produits alimentaires pour le Padel Club.
- Leadership : Encadrer l’équipe du Padel Club pour garantir que les objectifs commerciaux soient atteints ou dépassés.
Conditions requises
Compétences recherchées :
- Une passion authentique pour la santé, le bien-être et l’expérience client de luxe.
- Une expérience ou un intérêt marqué pour les sports de raquette, en particulier le Padel Tennis.
- Des qualifications pertinentes dans le domaine de l’entraînement personnel, de l’instruction en fitness, ou du coaching en Padel Tennis sont un atout.

In 2018 we were overjoyed to be awarded ‘Hotel of the Year’ at the Virtuoso Best of the Best awards. 2019 saw The Golf Course at Adare Manor named as the host venue for the Ryder Cup in 2027, while the following year The Oak Room restaurant was awarded its first Michelin Star.The accolades continued in 2022, with Adare Manor being named the No. 1 Resort in the World in Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards, and 2023 has been no exception with the addition of the highly coveted Five-Star rating by Forbes Travel Guide.We are currently recruiting for a Leisure Supervisor to join our Resort.In Summer 2020, Adare Manor introduced a brand-new activity centre, the Padel Club Further elevating our guest experience, the Padel Club will be a haven for wellness and sporting pursuits on the Adare Manor estate.The Padel Club enhanced our current suite of guest activities by offering numerous new features, such as a large luxury swimming pool with an infinity edge leading to a hydro pool. Surrounding this will be a steam room, sauna, tropical rain shower and seating area. Two padel tennis courts, a full gym, and state-of-the-art Pilates and yoga studio, caters for guest’s fitness and wellness needs. Whilst, in our simulation room, guests will have the opportunity to take technical golf lessons, do some putting practice or play a variety of family games.The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting the manager in overseeing the day to day running of Leisure Operations focusing on improving the guest journey, enhancing the VIP experience of all leisure guests and achieving/exceeding Financial goals.Key responsibilities of this role will include (but not be limited to):– Oversee all guests Leisure activities and experiences at the resort – responding to those needs in a timely and professional manner.– Create and establish relationships with guests and event hosts to maximise revenue potential and improve the upselling of all leisure activities.– Conduct other guest requirements including but not limited to organising internal Padel club activities with and managing these relationships, completing show-arounds and working alongside the Guest experience team to create memorable experiences.– Assist the manager in coordinating and managing the purchasing of clothing/accessories, amenities and F&B for the Padel Club.– To be instrumental in all Leisure activities and to help lead the Padel Club team, to enhance the team members experience alongside the guest experience to ensure that all business targets are met/exceeded.Desirable attributes:
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experience in a luxury setting.
- Experience or strong interest in racket sports, particularly Padel Tennis, Tennis or a similar discipline.
- Relevant qualifications in personal training, fitness instruction, or Padel Tennis coaching are highly regarded but necessary.
