Description du poste
Le rôle de Licensed Family Care Coordinator est centré sur le soutien des jeunes de 5 à 17 ans dans une unité de psychiatrie pédiatrique. Les professionnels peuvent postuler comme Social Worker LCSW, Licensed Professional Counselor, ou Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, selon leurs qualifications. Les principales missions incluent :
- Réalisation d’évaluations psychosociales.
- Collaboration avec d’autres disciplines pour élaborer des plans de traitement et soutenir la prise en charge des patients.
- Intégration de pratiques fondées sur des données probantes et sur une approche sensible aux traumatismes.
Qualifications requises
Social Worker LCSW
- Master en travail social d’une institution accréditée par la CSWE.
- Licence de Travailleur Social Clinicien de l’Oregon à l’embauche.
- Deux ans d’expérience pertinente en travail social.
Licensed Professional Counselor
- Master en counseling ou domaine connexe.
- Licence de Conseiller Professionnel de l’Oregon à l’embauche.
- Deux ans d’expérience post-master en santé comportementale.
Licensed Marriage Family Therapist
- Master en thérapie familiale.

📝 Description du poste : Job Category: Social ServicesJob Description:Licensed Family Care Coordinator for the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Unit at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, OR.Full-Time/Day Shift$5,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.This is a combined posting for a Social Worker LCSW, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. Consideration for each role will be based on qualifications. If you have the qualifications of any one of these three positions, we encourage you to apply.The Social Worker LCSW, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practices in an inpatient psychiatry unit dedicated to serving youth ages 5-17. In addition to completing psychosocial assessments, the position will collaborate with other disciplines in the formation of treatment plans and patient assessments while supporting the unit in providing evidence-based and trauma informed care. Under supervision, this position will utilize established approaches and standards; complete and implement plans designed to promote patient safety; incorporate evidenced-based approaches to psychotherapy; facilitate meetings with patients, guardians, and other treatment team members. The position requires experience with acute mental healthcare and experience in providing psychoeducational & skills-based interventions. Experience with children/adolescents and knowledge of Collaborative Problem Solving is preferred.SOCIAL WORKER LCSWRequired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
- Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.
- Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
- 2 years relevant Social Work experience. May include CSWA experience.
