Votre rôle au sein de l’équipe
En tant que Local Statutory Financial Reporting Advisor, vous contribuerez à la Global Business Solutions organization, et plus particulièrement au département de clôture financière, de consolidation et de reporting externe. Vos responsabilités incluront :
- Préparation et analyse des états financiers conformément aux règles comptables GAAP applicables.
- Exécution des activités de clôture annuelle, y compris les ajustements entre US GAAP et IFRS ou GAAP local.
- Compilation du rapport annuel qui inclut les états financiers et les rapports connexes.
- Coordination des audits statuts locaux avec les auditeurs externes.
- Présentation des résultats financiers et des analyses clés aux dirigeants.
- Identification d’opportunités d’amélioration de l’efficacité et de l’exactitude dans le cycle de reporting financier.
- Assurer la conformité continue avec les contrôles internes et les normes comptables.
Compétences et qualifications requises
Nous recherchons un candidat avec :
- Un diplôme de Bachelor ou Master en comptabilité ou en finance.
- 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en reporting financier.
- Une solide connaissance des normes comptables internationales (US GAAP, IFRS).
- Une maîtrise des outils comme Microsoft Excel et des systèmes comptables tels que SAP, Oracle ou QuickBooks.
- Des compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, avec une bonne communication.
- Une attention élevée aux détails et un engagement envers l’intégrité des données.

affiliates across the EMEA region. We are currently seeking an experienced Local Statutory Financial Reporting Advisor to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of experience in financial statement reporting and analysis, along with a solid understanding of international accounting
standards, including IFRS and US GAAP.What you will doPrepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with applicable GAAP and internal company policies.
Execute year-end close activities, including US GAAP to IFRS or local GAAP adjustments, journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Compile the full annual report, including financial statements, accompanying notes, the strategic report, and the directors’ report.
Coordinate local statutory audits with external auditors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate audit completion.
Present financial results and key insights to the Board of Directors and other senior stakeholders.
Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy within the financial reporting cycle.
Ensure ongoing compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.About you: skills and qualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, or Finance.
5-10 years of experience in financial statement reporting and journal preparation.
Deep understanding of financial accounting principles, with solid knowledge of international reporting standards such as US GAAP or IFRS.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong communication skills.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
