Description du Poste
Dans ce rôle, vous serez intégré à une équipe d’experts située à Luxembourg, spécialisée en design d’usines et infrastructures. Vos principales missions comprendront :
- La gestion de projets clé en main de plusieurs millions de dollars dans les secteurs de l’emballage rigide et médical, depuis la conception jusqu’à la livraison.
- Être un conseiller de confiance pour les clients en identifiant leurs besoins et en définissant des solutions optimisées liées à la conception d’usines et aux infrastructures.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe commerciale pour convertir les opportunités en commandes d’équipements et systèmes.
- Assurer la liaison avec des fournisseurs tiers tout en agissant en tant que contact principal pour l’équipe de solutions d’emballage rigide.
Qualifications Requises
Pour postuler à ce poste, les candidats doivent posséder :
- Un diplôme en ingénierie ou expérience équivalente.
- Plusieurs années d’expérience dans le secteur des produits en moulage par injection.
- Une solide expérience en gestion de projets et en opportunités client.
- De solides compétences en présentation, ainsi que des aptitudes techniques et commerciales.
- Une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais, avec des compétences additionnelles en italien, français ou allemand considérées comme un atout.

Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be part of a team of seasoned advisors in Luxembourg specialized in plant and infrastructure design. You will be responsible to actively drive the Factory Planning activities in the EMEA and SAARC regions. As part of your responsibilities, you will work directly with our sales force and customers. You will specialize in the equipment and facility surrounding our Systems and Auxiliaries as well as plant layout and design. This role reports to the Business Manager Factory Planning located in our European headquarters in Dudelange, Luxembourg.Responsibilities:
- Spearhead and manage multi-million dollars turnkey projects in “Rigid Packaging” and “Medical” markets from inception to commissioning and delivery
- Act as the “Customers’ Trusted Advisors” in understanding their needs and defining optimized solutions related to plant design, infrastructure, and equipment
- Travel to customer locations to help win the business, and to ensure the solution proposed is compatible with the customers’ needs / infrastructure
- Support the Sales organization in defining value propositions and converting opportunities to Systems and Auxiliary equipment orders
- Work with regional Sales and Sales Support team in configuring complex solutions outside of the standard configurations
- Work with the Project Management team to ensure proper coordination of Special Auxiliary Equipment components for System solutions
- Interface with 3rd party suppliers and act as the main point of contact between 3rd party suppliers and Rigid Packaging Solutioning team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline or equivalent experience
- Several years of working experience in dealing with injection molding products
- Several years of working experience with direct customers and/or suppliers contact
- Plant and Infrastructure planning/ Design, and Turnkey project management would be considered a strong asset
- Strong presentation skills, technical aptitude, and business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Frequent travel will be demanded up to 50%
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Additional language among Italian, French, and German is a definite asset
