You’ll design, deploy, and optimize machine learning models and pipelines, contributing to impactful, production-grade AI solutions. The role encourages autonomy, adaptability, and a startup mindset, offering exposure to multiple industries and technologies. Ideal for someone passionate about building, learning, and innovating in a flexible and collaborative environment.Accountabilities:· Develop and implement statistical, ML, and deep learning algorithms· Analyze model performance and design strategies to improve accuracy and reliability· Deploy, maintain, and optimize ML models and end-to-end pipelines· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into products· Explore and experiment with state-of-the-art AI/ML frameworks and tools· Contribute to innovation through the company’s internal incubator projects· Work with large datasets, applying techniques for data visualization and transformationRequirements· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field· Minimum 2 years of experience in ML engineering· Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and HuggingFace· Experience with deploying ML solutions and pipelines· Strong command of English (all communication is conducted in English)· Bonus: Experience with Generative AI (e.g., prompt engineering, Langchain, LLMs)· Bonus: Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, AWS SageMaker)· Bonus: Experience with NLP or handling large-scale data pipelines· Strong interpersonal skills including curiosity, teamwork, autonomy, and adaptabilityBenefits· Every other Friday off (26 additional days off annually)· Access to LokaLabs™ incubator for innovation and R&D projects· Remote work with flexible schedules· Relocation & Explore program (short-term or full relocation support)· Paid sick leave and local holidays· Business English classes· Fitness subscriptions and wellness support· Continuous learning and professional development opportunitiesJobgether hiring process disclaimerThis job is posted on behalf of one of our partner companies.
