Ce poste offre l’opportunité de contribuer à la mise en place d’une nouvelle usine de production tout en jouant un rôle clé dans la phase de projet. Les candidats seront également impliqués dans la maintenance durant la phase opérationnelle.

Responsabilités Principales

**Phase de Projet :**
– **Sécurisation des KPI :** Garantir la disponibilité et la sécurité des équipements en collaboration avec l’équipe interdisciplinaire.
– **Élaboration de Documents Techniques :** Création de listes de matériel, de pièces de rechange, et de programmes de maintenance.
– **Design et Installation :** Contribuer à l’optimisation de la maintenabilité des lignes de production.
– **Validation et Formation :** Finaliser la validation des équipements et former les techniciens de maintenance.

Phase de Production :

• Suivi des KPI : Assurer la performance des activités de maintenance dans l’usine.
• Maintenance Évaluée par Valeur : Développer des stratégies efficaces en maintenance pour améliorer l’utilisation des équipements.
• Collaboration Technique : Fournir un soutien technique aux superviseurs et rejoindre des efforts d’amélioration continue.

Profil Recherché

Les candidats doivent posséder un **diplôme en ingénierie technique** ou disposer d’au moins **5 années d’expérience** pertinente. Les compétences particulières incluent :
– Expérience en production dans l’industrie automobile, particulièrement dans les ateliers de peinture.
– Connaissance approfondie des systèmes Siemens PLC et TIA Portal, ainsi que des réseaux ProfiNet et SCADA.
– Maîtrise des principes de l’électrotechnique et des capteurs.

Compétences interpersonnelles :
Une forte aptitude à la collaboration et à la communication en anglais est essentielle pour réussir dans ce rôle.

Come join us!What you’ll doAbout the assignmentWe are now looking for Maintenance Engineers for project phase as well as running production in our future Paint Shop.
Do you want to be part of setting up the new production plant in Kosice, Slovakia? This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop and design your process area or technique from a maintenance perspective.What is in the scope of the role?Project phase:

• Secure KPIs such as availability, MTTR, MDT, MCBF, costs, safety etc. in close co-operation with the cross functional team.
• Setup of Bill of Material, spare parts list, and maintenance program, disturbance solving instructions.
• Contribute to an optimal set-up of the maintainability and reliability in the production lines during the equipment design and installation phase.
• During the last year of the project phase, 2027, focus will be on trimming and validate the equipment during build pre-series of cars, make instructions and training of maintenance technicians.
• Together with your manager and your maintenance engineering colleagues, you will build and develop your team. This includes guidance of maintenance technicians and process operators.

Running phase:

• Ensure maintenance KPI´s in pre-studies and installation projects.
• Being responsible for developing your area/ function applying Value Driven Maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance towards supervisors / technicians and operator maintenance and execution, leading of actions
• Contribute with support and experience in the cross functional team in order to meet the areas common targets.
• Working with continuous improvements of asset utilization (availability, quality) and cost control. Define and update the maintenance program (preventive and corrective).

Do you fit the profile?Your background is a technical bachelor’s degree or at least +5 years of relevant experience. You have leadership and communications skills.
Experience from running production in car manufacturing Paint Shop will be highly meritorious. If you have experiences from other shops, it is also meritorious as well as other engineering roles.
You need extensive collaboration and networking skills, and you should be able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.What should you know?

• Siemens PLC, TIA Portal knowledge on expert level
• ProfiNet knowledge
• SCADA knowledge
• Sensorics, electrical drives principles and general electrical knowledge
• 22 or 23 Vyhláška 508 is a must
• Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization is a plus

Benefits and CompensationSalary for this position starting from 2000 EUR, per month, gross.The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to the monthly salary, there is also a 13th salary paid in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company’s financial results and individual performance.Additional benefits:
