We’re hiring a Maintenance Fitter in the Farming & Agriculture sector! If you have a farming background, enjoy working with tractors and teleporters, and thrive in physical work, this is the job for you. Your expertise in light carpentry, welding, and machinery maintenance will be put to great use in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. If you’re ready to tackle repairs, preventative maintenance, and keep operations running smoothly, we want to hear from you!Benefits:A competitive salary of €34,000/annum for a 39hr week.Housing assistance for your 1 st month.Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure preventative maintenance, repair work, overhauls, and installations as appropriate are carried out.
- Fault find mechanical, basic electrical faults and repair equipment in breakdown situation.
- To anticipate, report or repair any equipment requiring remedial work that may affect the continuity of the farm operations.
- To complete accurate records for all work completed.
- To identify and maintain quantity and functionality of tools and equipment.
- Maintenance, repairs of farming plant equipment.
- Basic welding experience.
- Basic carpentry experience.
- Driver’s License.
- Ability to drive a farm tractor.
- Ability to operate a teleporter.
