And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionPosition Summary:Reporting to our Maintenance Manager, you will Manage of the designs, planning, budget, schedules, construction, modifications and maintenance of equipment and fixtures to contribute to the successful performance of the plant operations. Design organizational policies relevant to the maintenance department.Main responsibilities:Coordinate the Installation and maintenance work in Manufacturing equipment’s.As line Support ensure workload distribution between Corrective and Preventive Maintenance.Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed.Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.Conduct Preventative Maintenance Work.Conduct safety inspection as scheduled.Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance work.Establish strategies to meet workload demands.Manage direct leadership to Maintenance Techs.Perform periodic inspections of recently maintained equipment so as to observe the quality of the maintenance performed and the operating condition of the equipment.Keep in check and regulate budget and track maintenance expenditures.Help implement Capital Projects.Approve maintenance strategy including monthly reporting and Goal Validation.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in industrial Eng./ Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or another related career.1 year of experience in industrial maintenance area.Intermediate English.Microsoft Office Management.What we offer:
