Description des responsabilités

Profil recherché : Le candidat idéal sera chargé de gérer de petites réparations au sein des installations, notamment la maintenance des sièges inclinables, des travaux de menuiserie mineurs, ainsi que des tâches de peinture et d’entretien de l’éclairage. Les responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à, :

• Assurer la bonne opération des sièges des auditoriums et réparer ceux qui sont défectueux.
• Effectuer des travaux de carrelage et de réparation de plaques de plâtre.
• Former le personnel au bon et sécuritaire déroulement des réparations mineures.
• Changer les ampoules au besoin et effectuer des inspections quotidiennes des installations.
• Collaborer avec la direction pour solliciter des professionnels pour les préoccupations de maintenance plus importantes.

Apparence professionnelle : Un aspect soigné est requis pour assurer la sécurité et le confort, en adéquation avec les standards de Regal Cinemas.

📝 Description du poste : Description :Regal Cinemas at Quaker Crossing is seeking a qualified maintenance person on a Full Time or Part Time basis, depending on candidate availability to manage minor facility repairs including but not limited to recliner seating maintenance, minor carpentry, painting, maintaining lighting. Our ideal candidate is available early mornings until early afternoon and may also have experience/ability with minor plumbing repairs and basic electrical. Benefits include a monthly allotment of free movie tickets, 50% food discount and 401k. Full time employees receive paid vacation and Health/Dental insurance.Summary: The theatre maintenance person is a team member classified based on individual theatre needs, and/or employee availability, as either variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or a full-time hourly employee who is responsible for performing minor repairs in all areas of the theatre including projection booth (such as change out fixtures in the booth, repair fan motors, etc), but specifically not to equipment or maintenance that is covered by the Technical Services Department. Represent and act as a representative of Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by theatre management.

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Ensuring all auditorium seats are in good working order and repairing broken ones in a timely manner.
• Tile work.
• Sheet rock repair.
• Training theatre personnel in the proper and safe way to perform minor repairs and/or maintenance
• Changing light bulbs as needed.
• Painting.
• Perform the daily inspections report.
• Other minor repairs as needed.
• Working with management to obtain qualified personnel for larger maintenance concerns.
• Have knowledge to arm, disarm and general operation of the alarm system.
• Be aware of all safety and emergency procedures.
