Le poste de Specialist, FCSO TM NCB au sein de Standard Chartered implique plusieurs responsabilités clés :

Gouvernance
- *Informer rapidement la direction en cas de violations réglementaires graves.*
Responsabilités clés
Le candidat doit :
- *Adopter un comportement exemplaire en respectant les valeurs et le Code de conduite du groupe.*
- *Prendre la responsabilité personnelle d’incarner les normes d’éthique les plus élevées dans le cadre de la lutte contre la criminalité financière.*
Compétences et Expérience
Les exigences comprennent :
- *Compétences avancées en matière de surveillance de l’AML et du financement du terrorisme.*
- *Capacité à analyser les tendances des données et à évaluer des informations variées pour déterminer des actions à mener.*
- *Expertise en produits bancaires et opérations, notamment en relation avec la clientèle, les paiements et le commerce.*
- *Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais et compétence en mandarin (écrit et oral).*
Qualifications
Les candidats doivent posséder :
- *1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans des rôles liés à la lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent.*

- Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role.

Processes
Manage and/or resolve alerts/cases:
- Follow the Correspondent/Non-Correspondent Banking DOI to process risk events in line with the Assess, Analyse, Act (AAA) process
People & Talent
- Promote and embed a culture of openness, trust and risk awareness, where ethical, legal, regulatory and policy compliant conduct is the norm.
Risk Management
- Analyse significant financial crime risk events (e.g. non-compliant transactions, production orders) to ensure that all connected parties, particularly cross-border are identified and reported at the appropriate levels internally across all relevant jurisdictions.
- Apply Group and FCC policies and processes (AML surveillance, client screening, risk assessment) to manage risks.
Governance
- In the event of serious regulatory breaches, or where risk tolerances have been breached, ensure senior management are informed and that actions are taken quickly to remediate and/or activities are ceased
Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory & Business Conduct
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
