La mission principale du T&T Senior Consultant sera de participer aux projets liés à la mise en œuvre des solutions Oracle, notamment Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Services (FCCS). Ce rôle implique une expertise en conception fonctionnelle et technique, ainsi qu’une capacité d’analyse des besoins métiers pour optimiser les processus financiers.
Responsabilités Principales
* **Analyse et Conception :** Identifier les exigences métiers et les traduire en designs fonctionnels et techniques.
* **Support à l’Implémentation :** Conduire les activités de tests et de formation, définir les procédures de support et assurer la transition post-implémentation.
* **Compréhension des Processus Métiers :** Appliquer une connaissance approfondie des processus analytiques pour résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace.
* **Recommendations Stratégiques :** Fournir des conseils basés sur les meilleures pratiques et les fonctionnalités des applications.

En tant que leader, le Senior Consultant devra :

Qualifications Requises
* **Éducation :** Diplôme de Bachelor ou Master en Comptabilité, Finance, Économie ou domaines connexes.
* **Expérience Pratique :** Minimum de 3 projets de mise en œuvre couverts sur divers modules Oracle EPM.
* **Connaissances Techniques :** Expérience dans des technologies EPM telles que FCCS, EPBCS, HFM, etc.
* **Compétences Interpersonnelles :** Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, y compris la capacité à présenter des idées de manière claire.

- Identify business requirements, translating business requirements into functional and technical design, building prototypes, creating process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), leading testing and training activities, defining support procedures and SLAs and supporting implementations post go live.
- Understand the business processes, how the application supports the business processes, and apply this knowledge to best solve problems
- Understands dependencies and interrelationships between various components of Hyperion
- Provide alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related degree; CPA qualification or Master’s degree are preferable but not essential
- A minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementation projects covering any of the Oracle EPM modules:
- Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Services (FCCS), Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS), Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS), Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Services (EPRCS), Enterprise Data Management Consolidation (EDMCS), Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Services (PCMCS), Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE)
- Experience implementing other Oracle EPM technologies: Account reconciliation cloud services (ARCS), Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Services (EPRCS/Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS), Data Relationship Management (DRM/EDMCS) etc.
- Must have experience working directly with the client either managing full life-cycle projects in Oracle implementations or managing for large implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
- A proven track record in defining system roadmap, gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and SLAs, and implementing robust and scalable solutions
- Deep understanding of functional aspects of Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting. Understanding of currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation accounting under various GAAPs
- Should have good working knowledge of EPM Automate and be able to build scripts to automate various admin activities using EPM Automate
- Should have experience of conducting User Acceptance Test, and preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides
- Ability to train internal staff of the advanced EPM Concepts
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
