Contexte du poste

Responsabilités clés
Les principales missions du Comptable incluent :
- Gestion des livres de comptabilité : Préparation et maintenance des livres comptables généraux, y compris la gestion des opérations comptables quotidiennes.
- Clôture mensuelle : Réalisation des écritures de journal pour la clôture mensuelle, y compris les écritures interentreprises.
- Rapports financiers : Préparation et maintien de rapports financiers mensuels et rapports de gestion.
- Analyse financière : Réconciliation et analyse des flux sur le compte de résultat et le bilan.
- Prévisions de trésorerie : Établissement de prévisions hebdomadaires de flux de trésorerie.
- Amélioration des processus : Participation aux améliorations des systèmes ERP et des processus internes.
- Conformité : Assurer que la comptabilité est conforme aux normes et gouvernances pertinentes.
- Coordination avec les auditeurs : Interagir avec les auditeurs et les consultants fiscaux.
Qualifications requises
Le candidat idéal doit posséder les qualifications suivantes :
- Éducation : Diplôme en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience : Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en audit auprès d’un Big 4.
- Expérience commerciale : Idéalement avec une expérience en comptabilité commerciale, en maintenant un ensemble complet de livres.
- Environnement multinational : Expérience dans une entreprise multinationale ou un environnement de services partagés est un atout.

- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounting books including managing accounting daily operations e.g., GL schedules
- Perform month-end closing GL journal entries and including worldwide (WW)/ intercompany journal entries
- Prepare and maintain any ad-hoc non-GL accounting entries where needed
- Prepare and ensure timely preparation of monthly financial reports, and management reports.
- Provide reconciliation and provide insights via flux analysis on PnL and Balance Sheet
- Perform weekly cashflow forecasting (GL focused)
- Facilitate weekly cashflow forecasting updates to Treasury by partnering with accounts payable and account receivables teams
- Perform and facilitate intercompany balance reconciliation and confirmations
- Participate/ drive process and ERP system improvements, enhancements, etc.
- Ensure that financial reporting of the company is in accordance with the relevant governing standards, rules and regulations
- Ensure all requirements adhere to internal control proceduresLiaise with auditors, tax consultants, regulators, and government offices
- Other/ additional job scope as determined by reporting manager (note scope may change in accordance with the growth/ development of the Finance organization)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Accounting or related
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Big 4 auditing
- Preferably with commercial accounting experience maintaining full set of books
- Working in MNC and Shared Services environment a plus.
